  ### 1. Effective campaign marketing application for business email marketing collateral

**What do you like best about CO-SENDER?**

CO-SENDER allows our team to plan out marketing campaigns for the entire quarter, map out these plans within the program, and allow CO-SENDER to do the rest.  The application allows for messages to be sent within a specific timeframe, sends read receipts (when requested), and assess interactive with our messages/clients.  CO-SENDER also suggests to us the frequency of these messages (to be increased or decreased) specific to each of our client groups based on their trends/behavior with our campaigns via CO-SENDER.

**What do you dislike about CO-SENDER?**

This could be unique to our organization but our CO-SENDER application only allows for one individual to be 'in control'.  This places all accountability for the email marketing campaigns to fall on one individual.  While it is not an abundance of work once the mapping of collateral & frequency has been determined by the team, it would be nice to be able to delegate this piece of the project as well.

**Recommendations to others considering CO-SENDER:**

If you/your organization have a goal to better engage with your clients & attain insight to their interaction(s) with your messaging, CO-SENDER is the product for you.  Since our marketing team has implemented CO-SENDER to our marketing collateral electronic efforts, we have seen an up-tic of engagement amongst our clients & utilization of our product has risen 17%.  We look forward to our first full calendar year utilizing CO-SENDER & benefiting from the data & suggestions put forward by this program in regards to our email campaign outreaches.

**What problems is CO-SENDER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since implementing CO-SENDER our team has been able to send marketing campaign collateral to our clients in a seamless and efficient manner.  Prior to implementing this application this was a manual process utilizing an email distribution list & did not allow us the insight to our clients interaction with our messaging.  Implementing CO-SENDER has allowed us to better target our messaging specific to each client & ensure we are engaging in a way that is most efficient & effective for our clients.
