CO-SENDER allows our team to plan out marketing campaigns for the entire quarter, map out these plans within the program, and allow CO-SENDER to do the rest. The application allows for messages to be sent within a specific timeframe, sends read receipts (when requested), and assess interactive with our messages/clients. CO-SENDER also suggests to us the frequency of these messages (to be increased or decreased) specific to each of our client groups based on their trends/behavior with our campaigns via CO-SENDER. This could be unique to our organization but our CO-SENDER application only allows for one individual to be 'in control'. This places all accountability for the email marketing campaigns to fall on one individual. While it is not an abundance of work once the mapping of collateral & frequency has been determined by the team, it would be nice to be able to delegate this piece of the project as well.
