**What do you like best about Cloudpermit?**

For the product features that are operational and more fully developed it works well.

**What do you dislike about Cloudpermit?**

Implementation dragged on far too long. Product was missing features. It takes Support and Dev team too long to resolve issues that we find. Knowing what we know now we probably would have gone in a different direction.

**What problems is Cloudpermit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now it is only helping us with Code Enforcement. We are still launching other products (due to delay after delay on the Cloudpermit side).

**What do you like best about Cloudpermit?**

The best feature is that the program is accessible online.

**What do you dislike about Cloudpermit?**

I dislike everything else. The planning application document field labelling does not match the paper documents that they are templated from. Drop-down menus add every possible selection;  from every possible planning application type which adds confusion for applicants. The process through the application requires too much backing out of sections, the application does not run smoothly.

**What problems is Cloudpermit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudpermit is adding too much additional background work for staff. It is not solving any problems. The implementation was a direction from Council.
