
The interface is pretty simple to use once you understand various processes. Salesforce does allow for broad customization, which seems much broader than other CRMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely dislike the lack of service and support that Salesforce provides. Even when we have met with Salesforce reps, we were told they would brainstorm solutions and get back to us. When we wouldn't hear back we contacted Salesforce and would learn our Rep is no longer with the company and the process would start over with a new rep. This process happened so many times and it was very annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
