"Efficient Cloud Security Management with Stellar Compliance Features"
What do you like best about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

I have been using Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP for cloud security posture management and it has proven to be incredibly effective and efficient for our operations. The setup process was straightforward, thanks to the comprehensive documentation provided by Check Point, allowing us to execute it with ease. I find the visibility it offers across all our cloud assets and the identification of misconfigurations vital to our operations, as it aggregates all my cloud assets into a single dashboard. This means we do not have to log into individual accounts, which is especially beneficial because we handle multiple projects and clients. Additionally, the binding of compliance policies to specific projects and the ability to generate reports with remediations has greatly enhanced our operational security. The agentless scanning and Cloud Workload Protection features are standout capabilities that help us identify security vulnerabilities without much hassle. Furthermore, the CIEM feature is very useful in identifying critical accounts, and the software's compatibility with various cloud providers ensures seamless integration. The detailed remediation guidance guides us effectively to fix vulnerabilities step by step, aligning with our processes. It serves both compliance requirements and addresses modern cybersecurity problems, offering a complete solution for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

I am concerned about data being transferred to Check Point's cloud, as it may deviate from certain cybersecurity guidelines. This creates potential conflicts because every company should ideally have their customer data stored in their own data centers to maintain control and adhere to security protocols. "Unified Risk Management with Easy Insights"
What do you like best about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

I appreciate Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP for providing a unified view of risks across all cloud accounts, which makes it stand out significantly. The platform's ability to highlight misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps in one place is immensely valuable. I find the automated recommendations particularly helpful, as they clearly indicate what needs to be changed and why, streamlining the process of addressing these issues effectively. The end-to-end security features, including posture management, workload protection, vulnerability detection, and compliance across multiple cloud accounts, offer me comprehensive protection and peace of mind. Using CloudGuard CNAPP alongside our SIEM for alert correlation and our CI/CD pipelines for shift left checks has been quite seamless. Switching from native cloud security tools and a lighter CSPM solution to CloudGuard CNAPP has been a rewarding decision, further emphasized by the score of 9/10 that I would give it when recommending it to others. What do you dislike about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

Some dashboards feel a bit crowded, with too many widgets and risk categories packed into a single view, making navigation more cumbersome. Digging into deeper technical details requires a few extra clicks, which could be streamlined. Noise can build up if the rules are not tuned early, presenting an overwhelming amount of information that needs to be filtered out. A few integrations, especially the cloud account and workload connectors, require more manual setup than expected, which adds complexity and time to the process. "Consolidated Cloud Security Solution with Great Visibility"
What do you like best about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

I really like Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP for its unified platform that handles our security concerns across different cloud environments. It's great to have one platform for AWS, Azure, and GCP, and I especially appreciate the visual map it creates of our network, as it instantly shows where risks might be hiding. The unified visibility across all three major clouds is fantastic, and the interactive visual network topology mapping stands out. I also find the 'shift-left' security integration very valuable. It embeds security checks directly into our DevOps pipelines, allowing developers to fix issues in code before deployment, thus keeping problems from reaching production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

While Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP addresses our core needs, improvements could be made regarding its complexity. The platform requires significant manual effort to tune the initial setup and reduce false positives across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Finally, enhancing the flexibility of the custom policy creation engine and simplifying the licensing model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CloudGuard CNAPP: Simplifying Cloud Security with Automation and Visibility"
What do you like best about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

One of the upsides of Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP is that it offers security across multi-cloud environments and real-time compliance monitoring. It also has built-in automation, including auto-remediation, which helps IT teams by fixing common issues automatically, improving efficiency, and minimizing human error. Proactive threat prevention and the ability to enhance oversight across cloud environments make it an easy-to-use and reliable solution for organizations. Customer support is good, there are active community resources, and responsive helpdesks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP has extensive features, but they aren’t always well explained, leading to underutilization. It is not very easy to implement due to its steep learning curve and lack of strong onboarding support. Another downside is its scalability, which can be limited in very large, complex environments.

"Robust Cloud Security with Unified Visibility, but Setup and Support Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP provides a much-needed unified platform that brings together CSPM, CWPP, and CIEM. This single-pane-of-glass visibility across our multi-cloud environment is the most helpful feature, as it drastically reduces security blind spots and simplifies overall security management. The proactive threat detection and automated compliance are robust and ensure we're shifting security left, catching misconfigurations and vulnerabilities early in the CI/CD pipeline, which significantly reduces risk and manual remediation effort. This prevention-first approach gives us high confidence in our cloud security posture Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

The primary downside is the initial complexity of deployment and configuration, which can be challenging and time-consuming, especially for smaller teams or those new to cloud-native security concepts. Additionally, the user interface can sometimes feel cluttered and overwhelming due to the vast number of features, making navigation cumbersome. Finally, while support is available, resolution times and the quality of customer support for complex multi-cloud or integration issues could be more consistent and quicker to improve the overall user experience. "Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP"
What do you like best about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

What I like best about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platform) is its complete visibility and unified security approach across the entire cloud environment — from development to runtime.

It provides continuous posture management, threat prevention, and workload protection in a single platform, which helps eliminate blind spots that often exist between DevOps and security teams. I particularly appreciate its ability to integrate with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and provide a single dashboard to manage compliance, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations.

Another standout feature is the Shift-Left security model, which allows vulnerabilities and misconfigurations to be detected early in the CI/CD pipeline — reducing risk before deployment.

Overall, CloudGuard CNAPP delivers end-to-end visibility, proactive threat prevention, and simplified cloud security operations, making it a powerful solution for modern, multi-cloud environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP?

While Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP offers excellent visibility and comprehensive cloud protection, one area that can be challenging is its complex initial setup and configuration, especially in multi-cloud environments. Because it integrates with a wide range of cloud services and DevOps tools, the learning curve can be a bit steep for teams new to the Check Point ecosystem.

Another area for improvement is the dashboard performance and navigation — when dealing with large-scale cloud workloads, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming or less intuitive. Additionally, pricing and licensing can be complex, particularly when scaling across multiple accounts or environments.

That said, once configured properly, CloudGuard CNAPP delivers robust, automated, and reliable protection, and these challenges are mainly around usability and onboarding, not the platform’s core capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
