I use CloudFuze for transferring files between different cloud storage platforms, and it manages and synchronizes data effectively across multiple storages. CloudFuze has deep expertise and proven success in Microsoft 365 migrations focused on AI readiness. When we migrated, they cleaned our data in our source clouds with CloudFuze Manage. As a result, we were able to migrate AI-ready data to Microsoft 365 with CloudFuze Migrate tool.

After migration, and when everything settled down, we started using CloudFuze Manage to monitor and govern Copilot adoption and usage in our Microsoft 365 tenant.

What I liked best about CloudFuze was working with Sriram and his team. Sriram took over the project from the CloudFuze side after Paresh left, and he ensured the transition was seamless. Overall, the project was successful, but I wish we had better visibility into CloudFuze's migration behaviors and best practices before we began. Knowing upfront about items such as the root-to-root migration approach, SharePoint email notifications, long file path handling, and .url shortcut generation would have saved us significant planning time and allowed us to better communicate expectations to our users. Instead, we spent considerable effort identifying source paths and responding to user confusion that could have been avoided with more comprehensive upfront guidance and documentation. I hired CloudFuze to migrate approximately 310 GB of data across three Dropbox folders to OneDrive. It did not solve any problems. Their migration process and tools were a failure. In theory, the tools would migrate your data while maintaining permissions, versions, and internal links. But in reality, it simply did not work. The tools and process should actually work as represented. Further, communication with the so-called Migration Team was chaotic, inconsistent, and misleading. I was bombarded with inconsistent emails from eight different team members, none of whom appeared to know what the other team members were doing (or had already done). It was not easy to set up. CloudFuze helped our organization migrate off of Box and onto Microsoft 365 with ease. We were able to migrate approximately 8TB of data from one cloud to the other in 3 months time which without the tool would have been a massive overhaul for our small internal IT team to process. Only downside or complaint I would have is that the reports that we had automatically received did not always make sense. We also mapped a lot of data to Teams channels and we had challenges with proper mapping to get data in the correct location and sometimes required manual moves on the outset of the migration effort.
