I really like the variety of attachments and different AI programming ways that Cloudflare offers, which makes it easier to use a lot of different applications without needing to work around them to connect properly. Everything just works automatically. It's awesome to be able to use multiple different applications on Cloudflare and have them automatically connect and work with each other for my business. I've been able to take all the information from different applications like GitHub and Squarespace to build my own big web page on Cloudflare. I would say the introduction to Cloudflare is a little bit confusing. Most people don't understand how to build a website when they first get started. There should be an introductory guide at the very beginning of Cloudflare to help people know how to get started. The initial setup took me a while because I didn't know what I was doing to build my own website, so an introductory guide would be helpful. Cloudflare provides a comprehensive platform that allows us to protect, accelerate, and extend our digital services from a single solution. We use it extensively as our CDN and WAF in front of our entire digital ecosystem, serving millions of requests with low latency through its global edge network. One area for improvement is the responsiveness of customer support. While the support team is knowledgeable and helpful, response times have occasionally been slower than we expected, particularly for issues that required prompt attention. From Support, I am not a direct user of Cloudflare (the Cybersecurity team manages it), but its impact is clearly noticeable on a day-to-day basis. Thanks to Warp, we can access internal pages that would otherwise be inaccessible, and this strengthens access security.

Additionally, during traffic spikes or attempted attacks, the platform remains stable and we have not experienced any visible outages for the user. This prevents avalanches of tickets and complaints. I perceive the ROI mainly in the incidents avoided, something especially critical in a financial platform, where any downtime quickly increases the volume of contacts. As I am not a direct user of the console, my visibility on specific configurations or issues is limited. When a question arises, I rely entirely on the Cybersecurity team to get context, which sometimes slows down communication with the end user. It would also be useful to have access to a more simplified panel or receive direct alerts for Support, so that we can anticipate and confirm if an increase in tickets is due to a Cloudflare block, without having to escalate it every time. It's pretty seamless to manage once you understand what the software actually does. All of our domain settings live in one place, and when platforms that we use, such as MailChimp, need us to verify ownership and set up SPF and DKIM records, we can go in and add exactly what's needed. When I first got the job, I assumed Cloudflare protects everything tied to the domain, when in reality the security tools only cover traffic that routes through Cloudflare itself, such as our website Restoathletic.com and halfpricebanners.com. I didn't know anything sent from a third party's servers, such as Mailchimp emails, never touches Cloudflare.
