The solution is also very easy to set up initially, and the team is extremely present and responsive on a daily basis, which makes using CloudCockpit quite simple on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about CloudCockpit?** I don't have too many criticisms in mind because the team is super responsive, so no, there is nothing to improve for them to continue developing new features, but it's on the right track. **What problems is CloudCockpit solving and how is that benefiting you?** CloudCockpit simplifies billing for CSPs and facilitates access for employees through a centralized platform. This makes daily billing management and access to the Microsoft partner portal easier. ### 2. The support and account management have been fantastic at every stage. We moved from Cloudmore to CloudCockpit because it offers a significantly better GUI and overall user experience. The initial setup was very easy, and we received great support during the process. **What do you dislike about CloudCockpit?** Nothing, any historical concerns (such as improved alerting) have been addressed through platform development. **What problems is CloudCockpit solving and how is that benefiting you?** CloudCockpit enhances our Microsoft 365 and Azure billing process and subscriptions management, allowing customers to handle their subscriptions & billing, whilst significantly easing the subscription renewal processes. ### 3.
