We implemented Cloud Campaign to better oversee the social media accounts for the 30 properties we manage. In the past, some content being posted didn’t meet our standards. With Cloud Campaign, we can now review and approve posts before they go live, while also providing direct feedback to ensure consistent, high-quality content across all accounts. The approval process is easy and the platform itself is very user friendly offering many great tools. Customer support has been great and very responsive with any issues we have run into. The best thing about Cloud Campaign is how it has streamlined and simplified our workflows. We are able to manage organic social content across multiple social channels for a location all in one place. We have also been able to scale our program, going from about 150 participants to close to 200 without additional resources. The CC team was tremendous during implementation and assisted with migrating our existing channels over and training the team to feel comfortable in the tool. When we started to integrate the tool into our proprietary software, they brought in their CEO and Software Engineers to walk us through the process and get up and running.
