We were conducting an Open Season Procedure about an infrustructure project in my town which required marketing outreaching and a lot of paperwork

**What do you like best about CLOSEDWON?**

Easiness of use, easy to track and monitor

**What do you dislike about CLOSEDWON?**

I would love a more user friendly mobile app

**What problems is CLOSEDWON solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously it made tracking tasks amd handling teams easier
