Other timing programs I have used have not been as reliable, which could cause real problems like lost clock-in/clock-out time that, if you are an hourly employee, results in fewer hours and ultimately less money on your paycheck, not to mention the disciplinary side of things. It simply saves a lot of hassle and headaches that come from the simple mistakes that other programs seem to make frequently. **What do you dislike about Clockspot?** Attendance tracking is fine, I think there are possibilities here to add major aspects and allow for better activation, particularly when groups try to scale and see outliers in the past instead of taking a walk through the reviews to locate this. **Recommendations to others considering Clockspot:** I consider this to be more reliable than other similar programs, which I believe is one of the most important aspects when deciding on this particular type of software. Personally, I would like the most reliable product when it comes to timekeeping/payroll. This product could definitely end up saving you a lot of money by ensuring that your timesheets/payroll are correct the first time. **What problems is Clockspot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The basic time and payroll coincide and allow a small team I am working with temporarily to better manage the time we use to pay for the actual work done. The rates are better than some of the bigger ones like Kronos. ### 3. I’ve also had quick and effective response from the Clockspot help team. **What do you dislike about Clockspot?** The mobile website at times could be glitchy and frustrating. Other time keeping programs i have used have not been as reliable which could cause real problems like missed time in/out which if you are an hourly employee leads to fewer hours and ultimately less money on your paycheck, not to mention the disciplinary side of things. It just saves alot of hassle and headaches that come from the simple mistakes other programs seem to make frequently. **What do you dislike about Clockspot?** The only issue I seemed to run into was the edit function. Sometimes I would have trouble getting it to work. **Recommendations to others considering Clockspot:** I find this to be more reliable than other similar programs, which I believe to be one of the most important aspects when deciding on this particular type of software. I personally would want the most reliable product when it comes to time keeping/payroll. This product could definitely end up saving you alot of money by making sure your timesheets/payroll is correct the first time. **What problems is Clockspot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of the hours worked is the main problem solved by this program. You can leave it running in the background. From the employee perspective it is much easier to just start the workday from the browser than using some other physical system. From a HR perspective, finishing payroll digitally is probably helpful, which means easier pay for us. **What do you dislike about Clockspot?** It could be lacking in design. I am not sure precisely what could improve my experience. It should stay out of the way and not be very distracting. It tries to do other things like task management and coordinating sick/leave days. Perhaps it could be designed to be more responsive and asynchronous. It also feels like it was made several years ago instead of constantly being updated. **Recommendations to others considering Clockspot:** It is a solid and robust tool that hasn't failed us yet. **What problems is Clockspot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving attendance, punctuality, productivity, HR payroll.
