The best thing about this software, I would say, is that it is simple but very reliable. Other timing programs I have used have not been as reliable, which could cause real problems like lost clock-in/clock-out time that, if you are an hourly employee, results in fewer hours and ultimately less money on your paycheck, not to mention the disciplinary side of things. I like the automation around multiple billing rates so I can make sure an employee base can all be paid accurately and for the time allocated especially when it gets complicated around Overtime and Holiday/PTO time allocated which I've had to do manually or on more expensive systems like Kronos.
