Clinekt Health Reviews & Product Details

Clinekt is an AI patient engagement platform. It gives medical practices and health systems a white-labeled team of AI agents that activate every patient: the website visitors who never make contact, the dormant charts sitting in the EHR, the untouched market, and the care that happens between visits. Every agent shares one memory of every patient through Clinekt OS, so one agent hands the patient to the next and nothing falls between them. Inbound Agent, always-on inbound Answers every website visitor in the practice's name the moment they land, asks specialty-trained questions that sort the surgical candidate from the browser in about two minutes, offers real openings that fit the visit type, and books the qualified ones onto the schedule with the whole conversation attached for the front desk. Nights, weekends and lunch hours are covered, which matters because 82 percent of patients try to book outside office hours. Roughly 98 percent of website visitors leave without making contact today. Clinekt engages 8 to 12 percent of them, against under 1 percent for a static form. Recall Agent, proactive outreach Scans practice records continuously for overdue follow-ups, lapsed care plans and annual exams that never got booked, then reaches those patients by phone, text and email in a single thread, in the practice's voice. Every message is about the patient's own care, so outreach feels like the practice remembering rather than software blasting. Ready patients book straight into open slots, and every patient who comes back is tracked from first outreach to completed visit. Outbound Agent, provable growth Creates net-new demand and follows every patient from first ad click to completed procedure, so each channel's return is provable rather than assumed. Clicks, conversations, consults booked and procedures completed are attributed end to end. Care Agent, between visits Checks in with chronic and surgical patients every month by call or text, with nothing for the patient to download. Collects validated outcome measures such as HOOS Jr and KOOS Jr, matched before and after surgery. Routes concerning answers to practice staff, who review and act under their physicians' supervision. Logs time, consent, care plans and an audit-ready monthly report so the biller can submit through the practice's normal process. Clinekt OS One shared memory behind every agent. Every conversation is saved, so each future conversation starts warm and no patient has to repeat themselves. Implementation Practices go live the same day. One script tag and about ten minutes of work, with no IT project, no staff training and no change to the practice website. The Inbound Agent runs as a widget or as a fully embedded experience. Integrations Clinekt connects to athenahealth, ModMed, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, Epic, Cerner and more, and books onto the practice's real schedule. Security and compliance HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type II, with a BAA signed for every client and all data encrypted in transit and at rest.
