The integration of modules like eSAE reporting, ePRO and improved reporting capabilities in the last years helped us to offer our sponsors a wide range of functionalities. Clincase connects our clinical research team directly with investigator sites in terms of capturing, cleaning and managing real-time study data. **What do you dislike about Clincase?** So far, we have not noticed any negative aspects. **What problems is Clincase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to set up even complex clinical trials in a controlled manner in a short time. Also very end-user friendly system for all kind of roles (e.g. Site User, Data Manager, Monitor). **What do you dislike about Clincase?** Lack of flexible multilanguage support (EDC), currently no solution for local lab data (development announced for 2024). Reporting and Analytics was a weak point in the past, new major Software Release should bring a big improvement for this area. Automatic Adverse Event reporting (e.g. once or twice daily if data was entered/changed) is a feature some customers ask for. **What problems is Clincase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Setting up complex eCRF which cover all requirements of the projects.
