The success of our collaboration was and is always the positive feedback of clinical investigators, clinical monitors and our sponsors. Using Clincase Electronic Data Capture platform we are able to quickly set up clinical trials or non-interventional studies, with a maximum comfort and control to support a study of any complexity. The integration of modules like eSAE reporting, ePRO and improved reporting capabilities in the last years helped us to offer our sponsors a wide range of functionalities. Clincase connects our clinical research team directly with investigator sites in terms of capturing, cleaning and managing real-time study data. **What do you dislike about Clincase?** So far, we have not noticed any negative aspects. **What problems is Clincase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to set up even complex clinical trials in a controlled manner in a short time. Also very end-user friendly system for all kind of roles (e.g. Site User, Data Manager, Monitor). **What do you dislike about Clincase?** Lack of flexible multilanguage support (EDC), currently no solution for local lab data (development announced for 2024). Reporting and Analytics was a weak point in the past, new major Software Release should bring a big improvement for this area. Automatic Adverse Event reporting (e.g. once or twice daily if data was entered/changed) is a feature some customers ask for. **What problems is Clincase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Setting up complex eCRF which cover all requirements of the projects.
