**What do you like best about Clientexec?**

I like that Support ticketing and invoicing are administered from one package. When you throw in a capable knowledgebase system and hosting packages there's pretty much everything you need here to run your hosting company. I also like the use of shortcodes in the custom e-mail templates which allows for a lot of freedom and creativity with client e-mails.

**What do you dislike about Clientexec?**

ClientExec's interface could be described as bland. The back end Admin interface is all about functionality which is fine, but it needed a fresh 3.0 look. As of March 2022, there has been some improvement in this area though, with both the client-side and the admin side receiving a much needed redesign. The client especially has a much more pleasing dashboard and my customers already commented that they approve - so it is good that ClientExec improved in this area.

The ticketing system wasn't great and there were limited sort options for a long time - I am not sure if this is resolved now. Long support conversations were also unwieldy in ClientExec so I switched away from ClientExec for a different support system.

**Recommendations to others considering Clientexec:**

ClientExec is strong in some areas and in my opinion weak in others. Try before you buy.

**What problems is Clientexec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClientExec manages my invoicing and billing. It handles one-off invoices and repeat invoices. It also handles multi-currencies, so if you have customers from around the globe, they can each operate within their own currency. The repeat invoicing in particular is a real time-saver, and the ability to edit these repeat invoices on the fly to change any details is great.

ClientExec is also quite good at managing customers, as you can group them into different types of clients and assign different colours to make identifying clients easy in a long list.

**What do you like best about Clientexec?**

Support is great, easy to use and update. Easy reports and payment plugins.  Easy integration with WHM/cpanel. A great tool to manage web hosting clients with ease.

**What do you dislike about Clientexec?**

Would like more features that come with WHMCS and auto update would be helpful.  Having to manually update CE using source wiles is time consuming.  A better knowledge base would be helpful

**Recommendations to others considering Clientexec:**

Great support, easy to use.  If you are starting out with web hosting clients, this is an inexpensive software and easy to setup.  Works well with cPanel/WHM.  If you are using Paypal or Stripe, also integrates with ease.

**What problems is Clientexec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing hosting clients.  Gives simple reports of business activity and integrate with cpanel and WHM.  Helps us grow our company and manage all billing and client setup.
