Its Candidate Experience Platform combines human intelligence with artificial intelligence to connect companies with their candidates and enable them to achieve their recruitment objectives. Jobboard, Employee referral, career website, video interviewing, talent matching… More than 2,500 companies and 9 million candidats use its solutions every day. In June 2022, CleverConnect merged with Talentry (Germany) to strengthen its European leadership. It is ideal for finding the right person for each job position or area where a specific employee profile is required. **What do you dislike about CleverConnect?** It would be good if in future updates more configuration options could be added to the application and if it could have a manual to know in detail how each possible option works. **What problems is CleverConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** While it is true, it is a program that we have used on specific occasions, it has helped us in some personnel search processes. We have managed to have better candidates for some applications. ### 3. No training is needed in order to use Talentry since it's very intuitive. Besides that the data analysis, the strong customer service and the features, e.g. the campaign feature to boost jobs and acknowledge milestones. **What do you dislike about CleverConnect?** There are several APIs necessary in order to connect /integrate Talentry to the ATS. It's possible though. **What problems is CleverConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Talentry we can easily inrease our reach for our job ads. Our employees are happy to contribute to our hirings as ambassodors by simply sharing the links via Social Media and so on. It has a positive impact on our employer brand as well as on our time to hire. ### 8. Our contacts at Talentry have supported and guided us very well during the app's introduction. Even after the introduction, we remain in regular contact. Through static evaluations, one can best observe through which channels, which posting/story is shared the most. **What do you dislike about CleverConnect?** On the subject of data protection, we had to follow up. However, we were able to find a quick solution together with Talentry. **What problems is CleverConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** In times of skilled labor shortage, we wanted to launch an employee referral program as an additional recruiting channel to better utilize our employees' networks. Reasonable pricing. **What do you dislike about CleverConnect?** Probably even a bit too simple? No gamification approach like other platforms.
