I have been using ClearTax as an individual user for filing my annual Tax returns since the past 5+ years.....if not more.
The best thing that I like about them is their prompt service and easy-to-understand UI. They immediately assign Relationship Managers and experts to help you with your task....and all contact details made available, immediately and clearly.
The TaT's are pretty quick and the staff is very proactive.
Required documents are clearly indicated and they inform / respond to customer queries in their message box pretty soon.
Their experts have always advised me well and I trust them with handling my sensitive documents. Their IT infra seems to be pretty robust. Very professional folks here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside, I personally feel , are their prices. I mean, they seem to be a bit overpriced for their online services.....epescially for their (online) individual tax consultation service. Its like paying a million dollars for a gram of gold.
