**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

It is easy and convenient to send mass communications quickly and with the convenience of immediate access on my phone. The interface is easy to follow and very user-friendly! The customer support is also 10/10!

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

I do wish there was access to formatting edits on the app. Currently it is only available on the desktop version, but this is not a big deal and is typical of most interfaces with desktop & mobile applications.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out invites to events has become incredibly easy. In Colorado we often have to change plans according to weather, this will be a HUGE benefit in the winter!

I like the fact that we can connect Clearview directly to the planning center app to send great quality text messages to our church membership.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

The only dislike that I would mention is the able to send multimedia text messaging through the iPhone/iPad app.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to send clear communications quickly and efficiently to our current staff and church membership in a timely fashion.

I love how easy it is to schedule and send messages easily from my phone instead of only a desktop.

I love all of it. It is hard to not like clearstream! I hope that it connects with our database in our future - Fellowship One.

I like the intuitive platform and the ease of use. The way you can duplicate a text you already sent and schedule text messages ahead.

The cost for us is a bit expensive. We run out of credits a lot so we should probably paying for a bit more a month instead of the one-offs.

The limited offering of keywords for the base level package can make it challenging to implement Clearstream for the entire organization.

I can't delete groups I don't use anymore.

We love using the Keywords further to streamline the communication and connection of our church

The first thing that comes to mind is how few keywords you have in the first package. I would like twice as many to spread it out to all of our ministry areas.

We are solving the problem of last-minute communications. When we need more sign-ups, we will send a day of text messages out to people the event applies, which frequently increases attendance.

Several churches in the area use it so sometimes we get some cross messaging in where they meant another church. We also wish there was a little more freedom with the keywords because of that.

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

It is reasonably intuitive to use. I've mostly figured it out on my own!

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

We use it for group messaging and dislike the payment plans. They allow you to only buy 100 credits at a time.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't like the message that some people receive which is an 'opt out' message.

I like the ability to schedule messages.

I would like to see all responses from one person in a thread, not just the responses to a particular message I sent.

We are able to communicate with members we otherwise would not have contact with.

I love creating different groups, which makes it easier to reach the congregation about particular events.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

I'm not too fond of the number of text characters used.

Emails are not very popular with younger people, so text messages are a great subsitute.

I am loving the convenience of that app!

That we are unable to send pictures in the app. That is a bit frustrating.

Clearstream is convenient and cuts out the middle-man on having to take the time to reach out individually.

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

The experience from the end user (members of our church) is simple and straightforward: receive a text and answer/ignore it. For our team, being able to text/respond without using our own cell numbers is a plus. Also, the integration with Planning Center makes this much more powerful.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

The admin portal from which you send messages is clunky and not incredibly user friendly, making the training side of things a little more difficult. Always defaulting to sending a message to a group rather than an individual is also frustrating when trying to send a quick message.

**Recommendations to others considering Clearstream:**

Definitely a strong, functional option that should only improve over time.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Clearstream's integration with Planning Center to create a text-based paging system during our church services. The parent's names and numbers are synced to Clearstream, allowing us to send a message through the admin portal if a parent needs to be contacted for bathroom or behavior reasons. It has allowed us to completely eliminate our old, expensive pagers. We also plan to begin using Clearstream as a way to contact people about events, schedule changes, small groups and more, but haven't quite gotten to that point.

Detects their mobile carrier accepts short code or long code and sends them our message, ensuring they receive our text. 

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

You can’t message individuals just
Groups of people at a time.

It will change the way you connect with people over the phone in a cool and engaging way.

Communication with volunteers, with visitors and with members is streamlined. We are more effective in reach out because of Clearstream.
