**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

This is one of the most useful apps we have access to for the church. The fact that it works seamlessly with Planning Center Online. It provides both the ability to communicate and safeguards for our staff. The cost is in line with normal programs of this nature. The support has been very helpful and quick to respond and adjust features for our use. The user interface is easy to understand and responsive. Overall, great product.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

The only small change I would make, is the ability to add responses to texts when using the app vs being on a computer. I like being able to thumb up or heart a message so they know it is a real person interacting.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to communicate with an identifiable number. The ability to not give my personal number out, as well as have other staff have access to my messages for safety and oversight.

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

Clearstream is easy to use, and their customer service has been exceptional to work with. I have easily trained people who are not familiar with technology to use it and they love it. The cost can't be beat. We are also using the microsite feature and that has been awesome. I love that our people can scan a QR code and find a lot of information that would have taken to long to communicate outloud.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

We have been using Clearstream for about 6 months and I can't say that I have found something I don't like about it.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearstream is helping communicate information in a more efficient way. It allows us to text specific groups of people information easier than trying to do it through a phone's messaging app. The microsite is allowing us to get more information to people in a faster and easier way.

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

I love how easy it is to send texts and emails with Clearstream. Scheduling them is so amazing; I can set my whole month in one night and it's all done, making it incredibly convenient. It's so easy to use and to teach my assistant how to use it too. I've been using it for over 2 years now and it's definitely a keeper. Also, the price for everything it does is just perfect. The setup was a breeze, and customer service was there all the way, making the learning curve very minimal.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

I sometimes would like to be able to update the email address of the members. You can't unfortunately; you have to delete and create a new profile.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clearstream to easily communicate with our large church congregation. It schedules and sends texts and emails effortlessly, allowing us to share reminders and celebrate occasions without complexities. It's user-friendly and budget-friendly, making communication smooth and efficient.

  ### 4. Clearstream: Affordable, PCO-integrated church messaging with fast, responsive support

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

I appreciate the ability to reach out to people across all the different areas of our church, and the option to create subaccounts that others can also use. I also find the integration with PCO extremely useful. The pricing is affordable and when I have needed support, they have been very quick to respond and have also solved my issue or answered my questions in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

My main downside with Clearstream is the cost of buying additional credits when you run out during the month. Those credits feel quite expensive, and although paid credits do roll over month to month if unused (unlike the credits included with the plan), I still don't think they're worth purchasing. I try to avoid buying them.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One issue I have experienced so far is the ability to narrow the field of available phone numbers when setting up a new subaccount. I try to have all my subaccounts follow some sort of pattern but when setting a new one up, am unable to narrow the search. Due to this, I always have to reach out to support to help me find a suitable number. The other issue is the ability to move credits from one subaccount to another. Instead of being able to just say that I want a certain # of credits to move from one accoun to another. I have to figure out what I want to move and then subtract it from the one account. Then the credits move into the main account. I can then go to the subaccount I want to move them into and add them in there. It just doesn't seem very easy or user friendly.

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

Clearstream does a great job of integrating with CCB (from personal experience). Their keywords also work really well for first time impressions or to help people along in a process. They also have fantastic customer service that has always helped me figure out any issue.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

With multiple people managing the same accounts, I would like to see a feature where incoming messages can be assigned to specific users. Right now, if someone opens a message intended for someone else, that message is "read" for all users.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearstream helps us to communicate efficiently and effectively with our church.

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

It integrates with Planning Center and it easy to use. Multiple staff have access and can use it to best reach people who tend to respond to text more than anything else.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

The mobile app on Andoris is still a little wonky in the layout.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us effectively communicate with our people, we get better snd faster responses and people feel informed.

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

Clearstream is user-friendly and works with ALL sizes of churches! I have not once run into a program error or a failed message. Planning center integration is so easy! Pricing is worth it. Customer service is phenomenal. Every. Single. Time.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

Honestly, there hasn't been anything that we dislike about this platform. The ONLY thing I can think of is the fact that other churches use the same number, therefore the keywords have to be unique. For example, we have to use "GIVEONLINE" because "GIVE" was already taken.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearstream helps us communicate quickly to our over 5500+ subscribers!

**What do you like best about Clearstream?**

I find Clearstream really helpful as our main texting service, it keeps our student ministry up to date. The tap tags are a neat feature. It's easy to use. I really like the Planning Center integration, as it means we don't have to maintain two different databases of information. The initial setup was very easy, and they helped us set everything up quickly while answering any questions I had about the process.

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

Would be nice to combine tap tag orders together, right now every order is a separate batch with separate metrics, even though we use them all the same.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearstream helps us send out timely communication to our church members and keeps our student ministry up to date. Its Planning Center integration means we don't have to maintain two different databases.

Ease of use & seamless integration with Planning Center is biggest selling point for our church

**What do you dislike about Clearstream?**

I'd like unused credits to carry over instead of just taking them back up to the monthly allotment. We have yet to run out, but some months are lighter on use or heavier depending on what's going on. It would be nice not to "lose" those unused credits.

Tap Tags have been a HUGE win for us. Tags without a monthly fee & solving our communication needs has been a game changer.

It's easy to use, and the new features are great. I appreciate the emails talking about the new features. Support is fast and very helpful! Our church has really enjoyed using Clearstream!

I haven't had any negative experiences yet.

**What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the integrations and the tap card have been a huge benefit for our church. Also, seeing how many people clicked on the link in your text message.
