ClassM8 Reviews & Product Details

ClassM8 is a web-based studio and class management system designed for businesses that conduct scheduled classes, courses, and training sessions, including dance studios, music schools, fitness centres, tuition centres, and other educational or activity-based organisations. The system provides tools for managing students, teachers, class schedules, enrolments, attendance, memberships, payments, and subscriptions from a central platform. Administrators can create classes, assign teachers, manage session schedules, configure pricing plans, track enrolments, and monitor payments. Students can browse available classes, purchase classes or plans, view their schedules, and manage their bookings through a dedicated portal or mobile application. ClassM8 supports online payments through Stripe and HitPay, including payment methods such as credit and debit cards, FPX, DuitNow, and supported e-wallets, depending on the payment provider's configuration. Additional features include QR code-based attendance tracking, class waitlists, automated email notifications, student and teacher portals, subscription management, reporting, and a ClassCard system for managing class participation. ClassM8 operates as a multi-tenant SaaS platform, allowing multiple studios or organisations to manage their own users, classes, and operations within separate workspaces.
