My team and I have been using Clappia for 2 years now, and we can definitely say that this platform has made our work so much easier. It was incredibly simple to understand, didn’t take much time at all.

However, I've encountered an issue with the staff submission process. For instance, when staff members need to submit data (TBM Submissions) daily and they all select the same number (e.g., number 5) at the same time because it's available, only one submission register for that number. The other submissions not be recorded.

It would be beneficial if the app could automatically handle such scenarios by saving subsequent submissions to the next available numbers (e.g., 6, 7) if the initially chosen number is already occupied.
