**What do you like best about CLAIMExpert?**

The smoothness of claim process and the easy to use system which is hassle free to use.

**What do you dislike about CLAIMExpert?**

The problem is claim takes a bit time to get processed which could be a deal breaker. Also many a time the customer service is either busy or language problem exists

**What problems is CLAIMExpert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The medical along with the unforseen claims have been resolved by me and my peers and we rate claim Expert very highly.
