"Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client Review"
4/5
What do you like best about Cisco Secure Client?

It is very secure for the user and it can be accessed from any device at any time from every location. It is very easy to use and also simplifies management with a single agent. It is supported on all platforms like Windows, MAC, and Linux. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Client?

It is a time-based remote access VPN, it gets disconnected after a certain period of time. Sometimes it gets disconnected frequently when network speed is slow. Except for these, all is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best VPN I have used!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Secure Client?

It might not have the prettiest interface, but it's stable, safe and easy to use. Does exactly what you need from a VPN and offers the option to save multiple tunnels to change quickly between them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Client?

The interface is too basic and boring; it doesn't need to be pretty, but improving the looks a little won't harm it. Maybe improving the 2 step authentication login to use MFA instead of tokens might be a good idea (not sure if it does that now). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BEST SSL VPN SOLUTION FOR WFH !!"
5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Secure Client?

Cisco AnyConnect provides an extra layer of security to protect your communication when working from home and building secure connections between client machines and on-premise office networks to perform office work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Client?

If Cisco provided a GUI to manage the Cisco AnyConnect VPN configuration, it would be very useful and help administrators integrate with any third-party MFA solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"May be cumbersome to set up but easy to manage client versions from one place"
4/5
What do you like best about Cisco Secure Client?

Every time the VPN client connects, it updates to the version specified on the server. When we want everyone to be on the version we select, all we have to do is upload the new deployment image to the firewall and the client rollout happens on the next time the end user signs in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Client?

I don't have much to complain about, it was not something easy to set up however documentation was clear and I didn't have issues with implementation or need to work with support. Pricing is also up there which limits us to having a cap of how many users can be simultaneously connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Configure and Easy to Use!"
5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Secure Client?

-Simple configuration allows for advanced deployment yet is not overcomplicated.

-Stable. Even after deploying over 1k+ endpoints, it has very few issues (if any).

-Easy to use for the end user and easy to understand. A simple email seems to answer 99.5% of questions users may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Client?

-Looks "old". Many users do not recognize it as the "new" application on their workstation.

-MFA/Duo could be easier to implement. The only issues during deployment were MFA-related. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps me to connect to Office VPN as without VPN, we couldn't access office applications and it helps in a significant way in relating to Office VPN while working remotely home or anywhere and the main thing is it's straightforward to connect just with a username and password and no need exceptional learning for new users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Tool that Helps Me Access Data Anywhere!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cisco Secure Client?

When trying to connect to the main server, Cisco AnyConnect selects its routes automatically, which means I do not have to guess or play a game of trial and error from a long list of routes. I can be on a business trip in another country and still access all my data, thanks to this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Client?

The application is probably riddled with a few bugs. I am almost certain of this because some times, even after disconnecting, it keeps popping up on my screen while also making the notification sounds. This is extremely irritating and comes in the way of my work. I think the application needs to not force itself on the user, because otherwise, it just becomes an annoying program.
