**What do you like best about CIS?**

I can receive and make calls and control everything I need with my business phone line on my smartphone whenever I am. This is especially convenient for my busy schedule as it is flexible in terms of usage.

**What do you dislike about CIS?**

The frustration that I find unworkable is how passing on calls function at Sainsbury’s Plc. To transfer a call to a certain extension, one has to dial a series of complicated codes, which takes a lot of time and is intrusive to the call.

**What problems is CIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CIS has been of great assistance to me as it has made it easy for me to be connected with my remotes through the application of voice calls, messages and videos.

**What do you like best about CIS?**

Every call is clear, and I never face any problems with dropped calls or poor connection quality. This is vital towards upholding positive outside image in such times when one may be conversing with a client on the phone.

**What do you dislike about CIS?**

The linking of the phone service with other integrating tools like videoconferencing is not well interlinked. Transitioning between functionalities means that one usually logins out and logs in, while possibly having to work with different interfaces.

**What problems is CIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CIS offers a reliable phone service where these calls can be easily made with the utmost clarity. It has enhanced client relations and inter-team work since team members can easily pass information to each other.
