# Cirrus Contact Center Pricing Overview

**Cirrus Contact Center has not provided pricing information for this product or service.** This is common practice for software sellers and service providers. Contact Cirrus Contact Center to obtain current pricing.

Our customers benefit from the ability to "flex" concurrent agent licenses up from an agreed baseline without limit. To cope with the changeable circumstances in which modern Contact Centres operate, we have ensured that Contact Centre licenses can be applied as-and-when required with no finite restrictions on the number of licenses that can be "flexed" up at any time.

Pricing information for Cirrus Contact Center is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase Cirrus Contact Center must be conducted with the seller.
The platform is inherently “elastic” in its provisioning and does not impose an upper limit of licenses that can be instantly provisioned. Additional licenses will be procured at the unit costs provided within the pricing schedule. We will only charge customers for additional Contact Centre agents above the agreed contractual baseline on a daily rate. For example, a seasonal increase in traffic that requires an uplift of 50% for a couple of weeks, means those agents will only be charged for 14 days’ worth of monthly rental and not for the full month.
