It is like having a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips. **What do you dislike about CIO as a Service?** I wish it was more interactive and webinars were available for more in-depth analysis. **Recommendations to others considering CIO as a Service:** Just try it. You will be amazed to see how much time it will save you. Especially for larger companies like ours that are spread out. **What problems is CIO as a Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than try to corral teams across our enterprise to come up with solutions, this tool allows us to discover solutions on our own and bring them to the team. Technology requires companies to keep up to date. **What do you dislike about CIO as a Service?** Several years ago CIO's were choosing new computer systems, making sure everyone had an internet connection and troubleshooting technical computer problems.
