Basically you just provide to Cint all the required redirection links (complete, incomplete, droupout) from your company's preferred questionnaire platform - they easily implement your links directly to their bases x-countries. You control all survey completion live directly over your own platform and they can ensure the IR is being accurate based on the redirection counts. Additionally, Cint allows you to collect PII (as soon as you pay an extra fee for that) to ensure you can contact the consumer for in-locco research. In our company, we tested this tool for LA but it is frequently used for USA daily. Additionally, you only pay for the number of completes you had even if your IR is lower than expected. **What do you dislike about Cint?** If the IR is lower than expected, Cint slows down the panelists directed to your survey. You need to contact your customer/support manager for that project in order to understand what to do: decrease IR and send new consumers (paying an extra fee) or finish the field survey. **What problems is Cint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cint helps us to find the best cost-benefit looking for consumers worldwide in agile way. I've used probably somewhere between 25-30 survey platforms and if i had tomake an educated guess from experience I'd say Cint pays around 20-30% more per completed survey. **What do you dislike about Cint?** Nothing too negative to say other than the difficult I sometimes encounter actually qualifying for surveys or acting quickly enought to access the ones that pay a bit higher. I still believe all survey sites underpay when considering how much is made from brokering that information to third party companies but at least Cint is less greedy than most of their competitors (in my humble opinion) **What problems is Cint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cint is providing an alternative way to ever so slightly help suppliment ones income. I live in Canada where we get gouged and taxed more than most countries and where it has become almost impossible to buy a new home unless you are a millionaire. We have used CINT for multiple digital surveys - highly efficient and customizable. Their market research capability is awesome and helps brands in creating impactful outcomes. **What do you dislike about Cint?** The media measurement capability is not as great as they project. The dashboards are good, but can be improved to help brands better visualize the outcomes. No other major suggestions. **What problems is Cint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps in coming out with data driven outcomes for business. Highly customizable and the outcome impact can be tailored based on brands KPIs. It can also field large amounts of qualified panelists in a short amount of time as opposed to other platforms. I am able to recruit panelists that mostly match the criteria we're looking for. **What do you dislike about Cint?** Sometimes, it can be difficult to calculate the IR (incidence rate) for how many people qualify for the study. I wish it was automatically calculated so that it can calculate the number of panelists needed vs the number of panelists that qualify. This can also lead to issues with over-recruitment in some cases or a very slow recruitment that is meant to take only a few days. **Recommendations to others considering Cint:** If you're looking for a self-service quantitative research-supported platform, Cint is perfect for that. It can also help to launch projects for qualitative studies. **What problems is Cint solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us an option for fielding quantitative studies. Even though there are other platforms where we can launch the studies. Cint gives us more control as opposed to other platforms. We don't have to email someone in order to make changes to our process since we can do it ourselves on Cint. ### 28. Cint portal is a convenient and user-friendly platform that helps you reach your desired target audience across the globe. You can check the feasibility of the target audience and send samples to a specific group or region. **What do you dislike about Cint?** The pricing is a bit high in comparison to other self-serving digital insight platforms. On other platforms, they have the option to set the cost per interview. However, CINT does not allow you to set preferred CPIs. **Recommendations to others considering Cint:** Make an option for set preferred CPI. **What problems is Cint solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can target a wide range of audiences such as B2B (manager + profiles), Healthcare (lab manager, Admins, etc.), and B2C panelists across various industries. The dashboard layout is very convenient, and you can glance at the ongoing project and check the progress in one go. ### 29.
