I use Cint for Global Respondent Sourcing & Survey Fielding, primarily due to its ability to rapidly reach over 200 million verified respondents across more than 130 countries. What I like most about Cint is its unprecedented global scale and deep audience reach, which I see as the biggest competitive advantage. This allows me to launch large-scale quantitative surveys, with over 10,000 respondents, in days instead of weeks. This speed is crucial for agile brands and agencies that need to act quickly on insights. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be relatively simple and convenient. I dislike the unreliable payout and redemption system for panelists, which I see as a critical long-term risk to sample quality. I really think they need to overhaul the payout system with real-time processing transparency. Adding a live payout tracker for panelists, with automated email or SMS alerts for every step like processing, approval, delivery, and clear error codes for failed transactions would help.
