I use Cint mainly to access and complete online surveys for rewards. It solves my problem by finding legitimate and accessible survey opportunities in one place. What I like about Cint is how it brings together a wide variety of survey opportunities, making it easy to find studies that match. The wide variety of survey opportunities is valuable for me because it increases my chances of finding surveys that I actually qualify for. On many platforms, you often get screened out quickly, but with more options available, I can simply move on to another survey without wasting too much time. What do you dislike about Cint?

When you run into a problem, which doesn't happen often, I find that the initial response is typically what I already reviewed and tried in their online help. When you request further assistance, there doesn't seem to be ownership of a problem or a desire to resolve feedback. There isn't a sense of urgency. Potentially, this lack of support is due to the fact that I am a small one-person company, but it has impacted my ability to deliver results to my clients on time. We also find the pricing structure can be less transparent for custom or high-priority samples, and adjustments mid-project sometimes take longer than expected. The user interface feels functional but a bit outdated; a more modern, intuitive design would make daily use smoother. The biggest issue with the current interface is that it feels clunky and overly technical for daily use. Many basic functions, like setting up targeting, adjusting sample quotas, or monitoring response quality, are buried under multiple layers of menus. For our team, which needs to launch projects quickly, this adds unnecessary friction. One clear area to improve is the targeting setup flow. Right now, B2B filters like job title, industry, company size, and seniority are scattered and not grouped logically. A more intuitive, step-by-step wizard—with clear labels, real-time previews of how many respondents match, and tooltips for niche B2B options—would prevent mistakes and speed up setup.
