My favorite feature in CIERTO is the guest link function. It allows files to be shared easily with external users without requiring them to log in, and it is as easy to use as an online storage service. What problems is CIERTO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using CIERTO, our design data, images, and videos were managed separately by each department, often scattered across multiple locations.

This led to confusion and inefficiencies — we often didn’t know where the latest version was or whether a file had already been sent to a client or vendor.

After implementing CIERTO, we’re now able to manage all assets in one centralized location, making internal collaboration and information sharing much more seamless.

One of the most helpful features is the guest link functionality, which allows us to securely share large volumes of files with overseas agencies and partners without relying on external transfer services. This significantly improved both our efficiency and file security.

In addition, tasks such as resizing, cropping, or converting image file formats can now be done easily by anyone, not just designers.

This has reduced the workload on designers and allowed them to focus more on creative work, while non-designers can also handle file preparation with confidence.

We make full use of the metadata assigned within CIERTO. By adding details such as the photographer and the date of shooting, we’ve created an environment where anyone can easily search for image assets. The natural language search feature, in particular, makes it easy to locate promotional images that are not tied to specific products, significantly streamlining our workflow and improving overall efficiency. What do you dislike about CIERTO?

We rely on the Collection feature to organize assets, but since it doesn’t support guest sharing at the collection level, a new guest link record has to be generated each time we share, which can feel a bit inefficient for frequent use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By significantly reducing the time spent searching for content and making past materials more accessible, CIERTO has helped us streamline operations. "Before implementing CIERTO, our image, video, and design assets were scattered across multiple internal and external systems. With CIERTO, we were able to centralize everything in one place, making it much easier to search, access, and manage our files. The ability to schedule publication dates has also helped automate distribution tasks and reduced the workload for our team.

In addition, because we can now edit images and videos directly within the system, we no longer rely on external software for simple editing tasks. This has significantly improved our operational efficiency.

I really like the Guest Link feature. It allows us to securely share assets with both internal and external users by granting permissions to preview, download, or upload files. It would be even more convenient if CIERTO offered additional features such as:

The ability to search files by content, even when the file names or sizes differ.

A function to easily extract specific pages from a PDF, or to mask only selected parts of a page.

An option to bulk-upload folders stored in Box.
