What do you like best about CIERTO?

CIERTO is compatible with all major file formats used in daily tasks, offering great value in production settings.

A standout feature is its ability to automate content publishing based on release timelines, which helps reduce manual workload and keeps operations running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CIERTO?

One area for improvement is that volume names can only be displayed in a single language, which causes inconvenience when operating the same environment in both Japan and overseas.

We understand that this may be structurally challenging, but if improved, it would greatly enhance usability for overseas offices as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CIERTO solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Before implementing CIERTO, our image, video, and design assets were scattered across multiple internal and external systems. With CIERTO, we were able to centralize everything in one place, making it much easier to search, access, and manage our files. The ability to schedule publication dates has also helped automate distribution tasks and reduced the workload for our team.

In addition, because we can now edit images and videos directly within the system, we no longer rely on external software for simple editing tasks. This has significantly improved our operational efficiency.

As a result, CIERTO is now used not only by our production team but also by sales and marketing departments. This broader adoption has helped accelerate the company-wide utilization of digital assets, one of the biggest benefits we've seen." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
