The search function works smoothly, and the guest link feature allows us to share files with users who do not have a CIERTO account and involve them in the proofing process. This has made our workflow more efficient.

I frequently use both the image conversion and AI search features. For image conversion, being able to convert TIFF and JPEG files into PNG or WebP formats, as well as resizing and downloading images using registered presets for specific website and social media dimensions, has significantly boosted my workflow efficiency. As for AI search, while I previously had to manually check folders one by one based on memory, I can now search using queries like "animal photos" or "tabletop photography," which has greatly reduced my working hours.
