Chispio Reviews & Product Details

Chispio is free workshop management software built for small auto repair shops of any size, with no limit on mechanics. It is available in Spanish and designed for independent mechanics and garages in Spain and Latin America who want to stop running the shop on paper, notebooks and scattered WhatsApp chats. Work orders from start to finish. Create a work order in seconds with the vehicle, customer and reason for the visit, then follow it through every status: pending quote, waiting for the customer, approved, in repair and ready for pickup. A list view and a drag-and-drop board show the whole workshop at a glance, and you can search by license plate, customer, phone or vehicle. Quotes customers approve from their phone. Send a quote with photos of the part or damage through WhatsApp. The customer opens it on their phone, sees the detail and taxes, and approves it in one tap, so no more phone calls to confirm a repair. Appointments calendar. Book jobs in a monthly, weekly or daily calendar and see at a glance which vehicles are coming in and when. Customer and vehicle history. Every customer keeps their vehicles and past repairs in one place, so when they come back you know exactly what was done and when. Google reviews. When a job is finished, ask the customer for a Google review with a ready-made message, helping your workshop get found by new customers nearby. Your team, organized. Invite each mechanic with their own login and color, assign work orders to them and filter the workshop by who is working on what. Works on any device. Use Chispio from a computer at the front desk, a tablet in the shop or your phone, with nothing to install. Free, with no catch. Chispio has no paid plans, no free trial and no feature locked behind a paywall. No credit card, no contract and no ads. Your customer data is never sold, and you can export your customers, vehicles and history to a spreadsheet at any time.
