  ### 1. Extremely buggy and poor service

**What do you like best about ChatStack?**

Easy to use when it works

Fixed fee for unlimited websites (I am grandfathered in under an old plan)

**What do you dislike about ChatStack?**

Chatstack is a one-person operation that has very long delays in responses with the same person responding to all types of support and sales requests.

Chatstack desktop and iPhone versions are CONTINUOUSLY buggy and the owner never resolves the problems 100%. 

My patience has run out!

Do not use Chatstack unless you want a poor-quality product and poor, slow service!

**What problems is ChatStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatstack is designed to do many things including but not limited to answering customer questions and help increase sales. Because it is so full of bugs and has so many technical issues consistently it has become impossible to correctly answer questions and gain sales from potential and existing customers that use our Chatstack live help.

**What do you like best about ChatStack?**

It is best for support and sales and it makes easier to engage with the visitors 
It helps to increase the sales.

**What do you dislike about ChatStack?**

Nothing much I don't find any dislike about this

**What problems is ChatStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is mainly available in all the platform like windows, linux, Mac so easy to use a same tool in all the place.

**What do you like best about ChatStack?**

I love that we can use this as a quick chat box on our website - comes in very handy when we need to communicate with clients not just in the USA, but over seas, in Mexico or the Caribbean. Allows us to quickly answer customers questions

**What do you dislike about ChatStack?**

The interface could be a bit more user friendly

**Recommendations to others considering ChatStack:**

works great for our website, although you have to remember to sign out so others can sign in 

**What problems is ChatStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick communications with others in different countries and various time zones.
