**What do you like best about Expertise AI?**

It has been a pleasure working with Expertise.ai. I started with them on a free version through ChatSimple.ai, and was hooked from the moment I created our AI Customer Agent for our website. It was so simple to set up, and the customer service / support I got from the (now Expertise.ai) team was stellar. I highly recommend using their service. Also, the organization, integrations, and amount of data to work with on this platform are all fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Expertise AI?**

There's really no down side to using this program. I like all of it. Maybe it could have a longer free-trial session, and cost less, but the cost is pretty affordable as is.

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ExpertiseAI solves the problem of a small business wanting to capture leads and real data through their website, but more importantly, to make sure the clients that visit our website are taken care of, at least until a real person can get involved.

**What do you like best about Expertise AI?**

It's easy to use and intuitive. I'm able to navigate it without needing to read tutorials. Plenty of features. Any time I've ever needed help they respond quickly. I was able to use the HubSpot Plugin very easily.

This is the most challenging part because I honestly can't think of much to put here.

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I was looking for an AI customer outreach platform I decided to give expertise.ai a try based on the stellar reviews I had seen. Everything is WAY easier than I expected. Whether you're familiar with AI engagement or you're just getting started it's easy to use but has the depth companies like mine need to answer more detailed technical questions. My expertise.ai bot functions autonomously, guiding customers to content and collecting leads. Then, I get the leads delivered into HubSpot for a quick follow-up from our sales team. It JUST WORKS! No need for complex and expensive homegrown AI agents here (cough cough CLAY). I love it.

**What do you like best about Expertise AI?**

The biggest value for us is the visitor identification. That’s really the gold mine from a marketing perspective. Being able to capture contact information from website visitors and use it for follow-up is extremely valuable. Implementation was easy, the HubSpot integration was smooth. It doesn't look or feel like typical chatbots.

**What do you dislike about Expertise AI?**

There isn’t much to dislike. We didn’t use all features during our proof of concept and some of our tracking limitations are internal rather than related to the tool itself.

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Expertise AI, we were only capturing very high-intent leads through a basic chat flow and cost heavy webinars.. With Expertise AI, we generated 543 leads in few weeks and few are into trials and subscriptions. It’s generating incremental revenue that we likely wouldn’t have captured otherwise, which is a win for us in a very niche market.

Easy to use without needing a lot of technical support Helpful and responsive support team AI summaries and information are good and accurate.

If you're not a HubSpot expert it will take a bit to integrate with your HubSpot workflow, but just jump on a call with Vinay and he'll solve it quickly. It lacks customization of the design of the widget, but they are working on improving that.

I’ve been using Chatsimple on my website, and it’s honestly been a game-changer. It greets visitors, answers their questions, and even helps guide them toward booking meetings or making decisions — all without me having to lift a finger. It feels smart, personal, and way more natural than other bots I’ve tried. Plus, setup was fast and painless. Overall, it’s responsive, easy to customize, and actually helps convert visitors into leads. The AI feels genuinely helpful

Not much to be honest.If I had to nitpick, I’d love to see more detailed reporting on conversations and customer journeys.

The quality of the AI output, the integration capabilities, the UI of platform. It is incredibly easy to make adjustments and fine tuning chat responses. I love the reporting and visibilitiy into our user engagement. This has by far been the best chat bot experience we have integrated into our website. The implementation and service team has been highly responsive, attentive and quick to solve problems allowing us to get our chat bot up and running in record time. They have gone above and beyond to customize our experience based on our specific business needs.

In our mission to become trusted AI advisors for our clients' we have reviewed hundreds of AI applications over the past couple of years. Out of all these, we have chosen to work with only three. This one stands out for three key reasons: continuous innovation, seamless integration, and exemplary customer support.

Once in a while, we come across a  minor tech glitch when trying to delete an agent no longer in use.  This is usually resolved by logging out and logging back into the platform.  The team is also very responsive in addressing these issues when they occur.

Training the bot is very easy. Just upload user manuals, text files or let it read your website. If you want specific answers, train it as an AI as well. I love to fine-tune it to get the best results. I see even our resellers are using it to gather information.

Not much, I would love to pay for some extra features. Only the cheapest payment plan is already a bit steep.

Not many downsides! We had some things we wanted to change about how the chabot operates but thankfully the Chatsimple team have gone above and beyond to accommodate this.

We get many chats outside of office hours as we are in a different time zone to our customers, so this is very helpful in filling that gap. 

Also, the multilingual functionality works great since our customers are worldwide. It allows customers to get their information in their own language.

Due to the sheer volume of information the bot can digest, this is also probably helpful as an internal tool when we need to check some information.

it gives logical answers and customers love using it, chatsimple makes up a significant portion of our lead captures.

a bit more depth of integration in the zapier outputs, mainly just being able to have the whole chat history via zapier for a lead but overall its good.

Chatsimple is literally so easy to set up; they could not have picked a better name for it. We added this to two of our marketing websites, set up custom Q&A, and were capturing leads within 30 minutes. Chatsimple is such a great example of how an "AI native" product can add value almost immediately to what used to be a much more complex enterprise use case.

Really nothing to dislike. Just found out they are adding Zapier support, which will make automating our chat processes even easier.

Overall the cost is a no brainer, and if you dont have an Ai chatbot like Chatsimple your missing out on potential conversions and ways to educate and engage your customers when they are on your website, which at times is your only chance.

honeslty, cant think of anything.   I asked when the Chat GPT bing engine would be utilized and was told this is in a future release, look forward to that.
