It has been a pleasure working with Expertise.ai. I started with them on a free version through ChatSimple.ai, and was hooked from the moment I created our AI Customer Agent for our website. It was so simple to set up, and the customer service / support I got from the (now Expertise.ai) team was stellar. I highly recommend using their service. The biggest value for us is the visitor identification. That’s really the gold mine from a marketing perspective.
