## ChatGPT Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive UI, Perfect for Multitasking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for my work and personal use. It simplifies complex summaries into easy-to-understand briefs and helps me paraphrase my ideas. On a personal level, it assists me with daily activities like finding recipes, providing advice, and helping with minor decisions. I like the UI the most as it seems better than other AI platforms. ChatGPT's UI makes it easy to navigate and access features without any confusion. The layout is simple and works well on both desktop and mobile devices, and the clear input areas encourage interaction. The initial setup was extremely easy. I was initially recommended to use Google Gemini, but I personally like ChatGPT more.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The limitations on the chat that come up when you upload a document or image.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to simplify complex summaries into easy briefs, paraphrase ideas, and assist with daily tasks like finding recipes and advice.

 ### 2. Learns My Writing Style and Keeps My Content Consistent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sattwik M. | Review Freelancer(Specialist), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

After using it many times, it has started to understand my preferred writing patterns. As a content writer, I often need to research and combine information from multiple sources, or quickly draft emails, and this helps me stay consistent in how I write.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

However, sometimes even after giving a proper prompt, it gives the wrong response, or the same prompt generates the wrong type of answer. When that happens, I have to start a new chat and continue my work.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us time and reduces boring, redundant work—especially when typing emails, doing content research, sending feedback, writing work logs, and handling similar tasks.

 ### 3. Key assistant for technical productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Axel U. | Software Enginner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is its ability to speed up technical and analytical tasks. I use it to generate code drafts, validate architectural approaches, and structure complex ideas in minutes. It reduces the initial research time and helps me explore alternative solutions quickly, maintaining productivity without relying solely on extensive documentation.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it can generate responses with overconfidence even when the information is not completely accurate, so it is necessary to validate critical data. Additionally, in very specific or recent topics, it may lack updated context. It would be ideal to have greater traceability of sources in complex technical responses.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT resolves the slowness in technical research and structuring of ideas. Previously, I spent time consulting multiple sources to validate approaches; now I can obtain a solid foundation in minutes and then delve deeper where necessary. This speeds up decision-making, improves productivity, and reduces the time spent on repetitive tasks such as documentation, base code generation, or preliminary analysis.

 ### 4. Chatgpt: Saviour

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwath S. | Senior Data Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT consistently provides more user-friendly and easily understandable answers than other LLM chatbots. Whenever I ask a question, it clearly defines the problem, making it easier for me to grasp the solution. Its reasoning abilities are also strong compared to other LLMs. Additionally, the response time for each turn is very short, which saves me a lot of time as someone who chats frequently with GPT.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing that I have noticed as a con is that, although ChatGPT is very good at explanation, ideation, and writing, sometimes it can be a bit inconsistent in highly technical scenarios. This is particularly true when it comes to analytics and very recent trends in a particular industry. Sometimes, the retention of context can be a bit low, and I have to reiterate my demands. Additionally, if I were using it as a professional tool (such as data science, market analysis, or reporting), I would have liked more flexible analytics and better integration with structured data software to automatically refine the results.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT assists me in overcoming many day-to-day productivity and knowledge processing tasks, particularly in the areas of data analysis, research compilation, and professional communication. I utilize this tool to rapidly compose technical explanations, edit reports, reword stakeholder communication, and generate analytical strategies, thereby greatly minimizing the time allocated to initial drafting and composition activities.

From a quantitative perspective, it optimizes productivity by reducing research and documentation time by approximately 30-40%, assists in accelerating exploratory analysis ideation, and facilitates rapid decision-making by summarizing complex information effectively. In essence, it serves as a productivity multiplier, enabling me to dedicate more time to strategic analysis and thinking rather than mere writing or research activities.

 ### 5. Versatile Tool with Some Room for Improvement

I also appreciate the option to connect with multiple MCPs, making it easier to find various things. Plus, the setup with both browser-based software and external desktop software for Mac, along with the mobile application, makes it quick and easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Before, they had the option to generate video as well, but now it's stopped. I think there should be some fact checks before showing a information, sometimes it hallucinate as well. So that should be improved and fixed.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for generating content, administering plans, and creating mock-ups before design, which makes tasks easier.

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for my job as Marketing Director at a small company. It saves me a ton of time creating collateral and also helps with brainstorming. I've used it for competitive analysis as well as for developing product positioning. The Project feature is especially helpful for me. I've uploaded background docs about the brand, custom instructions, personas, PDFs of our webpage including case studies and product information.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It has taken me a very long time to train my agent to respond exactly how I want. I have extensive custom instructions and I am constantly teaching it. I never use anything directly from ChatGPT--I always review and refine myself.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a very small company. I was the sole marketer for years. With ChatGPT it's like having another employee for under $30/month. We also don't have a Product Managers so I'm constantly coming up with my own product marketing and positioning for very technical products. ChatGPT really helps me to create these materials in a timely fashion. It doesn't always get facts right, but I am constantly training it to be better.

 ### 10. ChatGPT in Action: What It Gets Right (and Wrong)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaston D. | Mentor/Volunteer/Researcher/Creator, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I mostly like the outputs, and I appreciate how it engages with the user and the UI. It’s easy to use, and since everyone already knows about it, it feels straightforward to pick up and use.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The rate limits and the constant stream of new updates can make it hard to really appreciate the model. Also, the subscription service could use some work, especially for people like me who test new software on a daily basis.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really depends on what I have going on on a given day, but I use it for a range of things, coding with terminal commands, compressing files, brainstorming ideas, and other specific work niches.

 ### 11. Quick and Efficient, But Demanding in Vigilance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erwan T.

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I appreciate the ability to have a "constructive" conversation through successive exchanges by relying on the powerful research capabilities of ChatGPT. It is able to correct its mistakes when they are pointed out, which is really useful. ChatGPT also saves me time, especially by offering several possible translations that respect character limits. Although there are sometimes "waste", it generally provides interesting avenues for reflection.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Its operation is extremely deceptive. It will most of the time provide well-supported and very convincing answers. And suddenly, a gross error can appear out of nowhere. One must be extremely careful and vigilant regarding the relevance of its answers, which can turn out to be false (not so rarely).

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to investigate topics, manage translations with character limits, and to get ideas, which saves me time. I also tested its code generation capabilities on a simple example: I was pleasantly surprised by the result (well-commented).

 ### 12. Kickstarts Creativity, But Watch for AI Quirks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikey S. | Owner/CEO of OrangeWave Creative Media, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT learns as you go, making it more and more personalized to the way you think and create ideas. When I create new channels and have it remember things, it becomes more and more useful over time. It really helps me to brainstorm and draft ideas, stopping me from staring at a blank page, and actually work from something. It aids in starting the creative process more quickly. I also really like the pricing structure as I pay a flat monthly rate versus buying credit packs like I do for other AI tools.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes, as with any AI, it makes some weird assumptions and makes some weird mistakes. So you just have to carefully read and vet any of the responses that you get because sometimes it can get a little bit wonky or weird in the way that it responds to your prompts.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to brainstorm and draft ideas, helping me overcome the blank page and kickstart the creative process more quickly.

 ### 13. Great for Contracts and Paperwork, But Limited for Image Editing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It's great for paperwork. Drawing up contracts and things of that nature.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I was using chatgpt to create youtube thumbnails at one point and i'd hit a roadblock because they cant change or edit the image they suggested. I'd stay away from using chatgpt for image manipulation.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's good for giving a list of answers to compare with others. Great way to compare and contrast different things at once.

ChatGPT solves problems like quick access to information, understanding difficult topics, and getting help with writing or tasks. It saves me time, makes learning easier, and helps me work more efficiently without needing to search everywhere. Just to need to learn how to teach it your topic, question and it will reply you correctly

 ### 15. Streamlined Tasks with Versatile Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert H. | Technical Support Tech, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for research and communication. I like its simple interface, which makes it easy to upload documents and parse data. It's incredibly versatile and has great potential for those willing to explore its capabilities. The drag-and-drop feature into a chat makes it super simple and easy to use, particularly when working on a data set, as it quickly parses the information. It's also good at cleaning up spreadsheets of data. Setting it up was very easy, just as simple as a login.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Hallucinations can be a big problem if you don't know how to look for them. I don't know how to address it, but it does take the ability to look over and evaluate the data before you use it. Every output should never be 100% trusted.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT reduces the time it takes to complete tasks with its simple interface and easy data parsing. It's versatile and helps clean up spreadsheets quickly.

 ### 16. Natural Summaries and Rewrites, but I Wish It Pushed Back More

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos G. | Manager, Software Development, Delivery Pipeline Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is excellent at analyzing context, creating summaries, and rewriting text to fix issues and remove redundancies. The results feel more natural than what I’ve seen with other AI tools. I also really like the image generation feature.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT tends to agree with almost everything I say. It tries to be compliant and avoids friction, but sometimes I’d appreciate more pushback, more like what an expert would give, especially when I ask spicy questions.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me analyze context and provides useful insights based on large amounts of data. I also use it to validate my thoughts and double-check what I write.

 ### 17. Versatile Tool with Speedy Accuracy but Lacks Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike W. | QA/RA Team Lead, Medical Devices, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for creating meal plans each week, especially focusing on healthy options and specific foods. It's extremely versatile, handling a variety of tasks ranging from verification and validation plans to solving complex equations and simplifying algorithms. I really like the speed and response time, and when I verify the sources, they are pretty accurate and meet my needs. Source verification accuracy is a very big plus.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I feel like there should be more disclosure with ChatGPT, especially when it comes to versions of the license. When the free license is being used, I'm not allowed to use it for anything related to work, like PHI and EPHI purposes. With my corporate license version, I can use it for work and know that any PHI or EPHI is protected, but the free version doesn't have this protection. This information needs to be disclosed upfront to ensure specific information is protected, and right now, it's not.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for verification, validation, and planning. It solves complex equations, simplifies algorithms, and summarizes global regulations for me.

 ### 18. Streamlines Research but Needs Better Accuracy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angus S. | Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for research across a broad variety of sources. It's especially helpful because I don't have the time in the day to read information from 10-12 different sources. I appreciate how ChatGPT can accurately read the information from these sources and then summarize it back to me. I love the ease of use and quick response times, which makes everything so much more efficient for me. Additionally, its ability to raise summaries and react positively towards guiding prompts and parameters is something that stands out. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think accuracy could be better. Sometimes the summaries can contain too much opinion from the sources rather than fact. Also, I tried to use it with Microsoft products but it's not that well integrated.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to save time by summarizing information from various sources, making it easier to consume data quickly. It's easy to use, responds quickly, and handles guiding prompts and parameters effectively.

 ### 19. Makes Everyday Tasks Faster and Easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I am a software engineer and ChatGPT has made my work a lot easier as it helps me a lot with various tasks like - solving coding queries, writing emails, preparing documentations etc. ChatGPT saves me a lot of time and effort in my day to day tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes while working with code, it provides incorrect answers and keeps on defending its stand without any real grounds. This sometimes causes frustration and wastes a lot of time.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier if I encountered any coding issue, I used to scroll various articles scattered over the Internet which consumed a lot of time. Now this manual effort has been eliminated as ChatGPT provides desired results from various articles at one place. Also it has reduced manual effort as it can efficiently generate documents, emails, summaries etc which eliminates the need to perform redundant tasks.

 ### 20. Fast and Reliable, But Needs Verification

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica L. | Head of Marketing & Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT is fast, which helps me personally to navigate topics I'm unsure about without multiple searches and to organize things like creating schedules. At work, it speeds up the process of drafting marketing copy or filling out templates based on outlines I provide. I find ChatGPT to be reliable, producing good responses compared to other AI I've used. I also appreciate the initial setup being very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

There are often hallucinations - reaffirming what it thinks I want to know. Sometimes there are small errors, I'll ask it to find a source for something it says such as a stat it gives me and then it can't find where it got it from. Or another time I asked it to come up with a list of notable women in a certain profession and it gave me men with female sounding names.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to quickly have conversations on topics I'm unsure about without multiple searches. It organizes tasks swiftly like scheduling. For work, it speeds up writing processes by expanding on my outlines and templates reliably.

I find it super affordable and smart, offering great value for its cost. I enjoy the image creation feature, as I can just prompt and it gives me wonderful images, which is especially helpful for learning with visuals. Additionally, I appreciate that it's easy and fast to set up.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think sometimes I run out of tokens way too fast. It makes mistakes.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for super research, quick calculations, and it provides a good review of my documents. It's super affordable and smart, and I can prompt it to create wonderful images, which helps me learn with visuals.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya S. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It takes into consideration the previous conversations we’ve had, and based on that, it provides answers. The answers are accurate and good.
It precisely reads the photos added and it's able to read multiple languages

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Answers related to financial management, calculation or not that accurate. For example, computation of questions related to foreign exchange are not accurate. Theory based answers are excellent but practical based answers are not reliable

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Refining the mails, able to read the text from pictures and provide reliable solutions. Preparing routines and schedules based on the inputs

 ### 23. A Great AI Tool for Ideas and IT & Cloud Tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harish K. | System Administrator, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is a good AI tool, by which I can take ideas in case of stuck or having less options. Its sometime a pro to me when working on IT and Cloud tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It sometime gives hallucinations or you can say it gives answers like round robin.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It sometime becomes very helpful in my day-to-day activities related to IT and cloud tasks. Now a days devops and coding changes at a very rapid pace and it's difficult to find exact docs at one place to test, implementation or even in refinement of same, so it becomes very assistive or helpful.

 ### 24. Simple UI with Versatile Generation Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash B. | Software Engineer 3, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The user interface is great, offering a range of generation options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The absence of suggestive responses is a drawback; they would have helped indicate which follow-up questions to ask next.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps people find answers, generate ideas, and get clear explanations quickly, without spending hours searching through multiple sources. It makes complex information easier to understand and supports tasks like writing, coding, learning, and brainstorming. The overall goal is to save time and make knowledge more accessible to everyone.

 ### 25. Fast, Reliable First Drafts That Turn Ideas Into Clear Output

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikola B. | Junior Penetration tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how quickly it helps turn vague ideas into clear, usable output. It’s especially useful for drafting, rewriting, and thinking through problems without starting from scratch. The responses are usually well-structured and easy to adapt, which saves time on everyday tasks like emails, summaries, or brainstorming.

It’s not flawless and still needs human judgment, but as a productivity tool it’s reliable. The biggest upside is speed—it reduces friction in getting from idea to first draft, which makes routine work easier and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike about ChatGPT is that the quality can vary depending on how precise the prompt is. If instructions aren’t clear, the output can be generic or make reasonable-sounding assumptions that still need manual correction. That means you have to review everything instead of trusting it outright.

It also struggles at times with nuance or up-to-date context, especially for specialized or rapidly changing topics. For longer or more complex tasks, responses can drift or repeat ideas. It’s a strong assistant, but it works best as a first draft or thinking partner, not a final authority.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is solving the problem of slow first drafts and scattered thinking. Instead of starting from a blank page or jumping between tools, I can quickly outline ideas, rewrite content, or pressure-test decisions in one place. That’s especially useful for writing, research summaries, and everyday problem-solving.

The main benefit is time saved. Tasks that used to take an hour to frame now take minutes, even if the output still needs review. It helps move work forward faster, reduces friction, and keeps momentum high. It doesn’t replace expertise, but it’s effective at accelerating routine work and clarifying direction early in the process.

 ### 26. Great for Ideas and Content Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeel M. | Virtual Assistant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how simple and quick ChatGPT makes things. I can ask a question or give a task, and it gives me a clear response without wasting time, which is especially helpful when I'm busy and need quick support. It also helps me improve my writing and communication by making emails, content, or messages sound more clear and professional. I appreciate being able to use it for many different tasks, whether it's work, learning, or just getting ideas, making it feel like an all-in-one helper that makes my daily work easier. I find the brainstorming feature very helpful, especially when I'm running out of ideas for content or business tasks, giving me a starting point I can then improve. Also, the setup was easy, without needing a technical individual, making it accessible.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the answers can be a bit too general, especially if I don't give very detailed instructions. It can also occasionally miss the specific tone or context I’m aiming for, especially in client-related communication, so I have to adjust the output manually. Another thing is that it doesn’t always have the most up-to-date or real-time information, so for very recent data I still need to double-check from other sources.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to support my work, like drafting emails, creating content, and researching efficiently. It organizes my thoughts and improves my writing, saving time and aiding communication with clients. It also helps brainstorm ideas, preventing creative blocks.

 ### 27. ChatGPT Thinking models for sales research & task assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaustubh P. | Sales Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Yeah, I’ve been using GPT for a while, and I think the current models—the 5.4 thinking models I’ve been using across a variety of my work, especially professional tasks—are doing really great. They can handle tasks that require extensive thinking, including work where the GPT model may take 30 to 45 minutes to think things through. For example, it can research companies, evaluate whether they’re a good potential customer or not, gather details about them, and then create detailed Excel sheets.

That’s been great for me. It also creates scope-of-work documents for prospecting, generates email insights and explains them, and helps me build outreach plans. Overall, GPT is doing great on that front, and it’s been very helpful for sales and pre-sales work—creating the collateral I need, from GTM all the way to having the right context on the approach and the content I want to create. GPT really helps me with all of that.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think one thing that can be improved is with the instructional part on how to use different features of GPT well. So that can be made more intuitive, for example, creating projects. When should that be created? Creating custom GPTs. How and when should we create that? So for example, depending on how a user is utilizing GPT from the contents of the game, maybe GPT can take that insight and suggest that, okay, rather than multiple chats, you should create a project for this one or create a custom GPT for this one. So I think that one thing can be improved and it's a little non-intuitive there. Yes, yeah, and other than that, a few things like there are a few good things in like Gemini wherein you can have sort of live quizzes been created with clickable options, which are on GPT.directory on Gemini that really helps in studying mode, right? When you are studying for a particular topic, learning something and you want to test yourself right within the chat itself. So I think that is also one thing

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, I’ve worked as a pre-sales solution engineer for around three to four years, and I’ve been using GPT a lot to train and build custom GPT models. I use it for requirement gathering, creating and refining detailed documentation and scope of work, and for prompting the necessary follow-up questions to ask customers. From the scope of work, it can also automatically generate a list of APIs and integrations needed, without me having to put in the same manual effort. It may even be possible to estimate the hours and effort cost for the work as well, based on the details provided for the respective company.

In another role, I’ve also used it extensively to create a full GTM (go-to-market) account list. This helps us figure out which prospects to target, how to pitch to them, and who is the right fit. It also helps us gather intelligence on accounts—what they’re currently using, what setup they have, and similar details. Overall, the thinking models of GPTs, including the extensive thinking model of GPT 5.4, have been a great tool for me. It has eased a lot of my tasks and produced good-quality output. With these lists being created, we’re now using them in our sales process for reach-outs, and then continuing to derive intelligence for each account as the process progresses. It’s been a great help.

 ### 28. Context-Preserving Answers and Flexible Model Choices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really enjoy how it preserves previous context, that helps me to address problems faster because the questions keep that context and the results are better with every subsequent question. I like how we have now different models to choose from depending on the problem we try to solve.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes is too invasive for me, when I'm coding I don't want the model to pretend being my friend when replying back.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me to be a more productive software developer as I can ask questions and I will get back answers really quick instead of going to a search engine and click in one web site and then on another.
Helps me as a counter-part when taking technical decisions, as it can help me to balance trade offs and make evident edge cases I haven't seen.
Helps me to see new ways of writing code when I ask it about how I would do this code in a particular programming language.

 ### 29. A Game-Changer for Educators with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how quickly ChatGPT works, and I'm amazed at its originality when it comes up with ideas. They are really good and things I would have never thought of myself. As a teacher, it's impossible to have all of the ideas all of the time, so it's like having a partner or collaborator to help me out from time to time. I also use ChatGPT when I write recommendations for students or emails to parents where I need to be careful about my language. It has been a game changer for me, especially when writing short essays for professional development applications.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think ChatGPT could benefit from being able to upload and save many resources at a time. Then, if I wanted a worksheet from a specific resource, I could simply choose that specific resource. I use LM Notebook in Google for that because I can make a "notebook" for each chapter and upload all of the chapter resources into it. I can then pick and choose what resources to use to create a test/review or make a worksheet.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to quickly create worksheets, break down text, and generate ideas for lesson plans, saving hours. It helps me align standards with activities effectively and serves as a creative partner, offering originality and support in writing recommendations and emails.

 ### 30. Agentic AI Enhances Workflows Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar G. | E-Commerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT mainly for work-related tasks like strategy recommendations, copywriting, forecasting, and data analytics. I appreciate how it doesn't take the skill out of me but helps improve my skills by offering faster solutions and resolutions. I really like the chatting section and finding the Agentic AI to be revolutionary. The Agentic AI works as my personal assistant, reading emails, booking flights for business trips, sharing updates on my email, and reminding me about projects and meetings. The initial setup of ChatGPT was very easy and seamless, which is helpful for newbies to observe.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Comparing ChatGPT to other LLMs, I have noticed that its chatting memory and engine is not as big as LLMs. It feels like the Chatting section can reach a threshold where you can't find it as powerful or helpful as opening a new chat. I believe the photo generating section is improving big time. But the color correction needs some improvements to make the generated photo more real.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to handle time-consuming tasks like strategy recommendations and data analytics, helping me improve my skills with faster solutions. Additionally, its Agentic AI acts as a personal assistant, managing my emails, scheduling, and reminders efficiently.

 ### 31. Fast, Versatile Answers—But Occasional Unwarranted Guideline Refusals

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan M. | Executive Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The thing we like about ChatGPT is how quick it can respond to questions and whatnot, no matter what model we choose. Sure, if we use 5.5, thinking it does take some time, but when you justify its thinking model, it is really taking very little time. It can help us with basically whatever question we ask it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The thing I dislike about GPT is that with some questions we ask, even when it doesn't necessarily break the guidelines and we provide it with enough context to give us an answer, it can sometimes hallucinate in saying that we are potentially breaking the guidelines and to retry the question again. Even when we retry the said question, it continues to say that we're potentially breaking the guidelines and it will refuse to answer.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that GPT is solving now is help with server integrations. Our team has some new code that we do not understand, and with GPT it is able to take said code and refine it into a programming language that our servers understand and that we understand and are comfortable with working with.

 ### 32. Powerful Problem Solving Assistant

Fast response times and over 95% accuracy. It lets me build prototypes quickly and keep iterating on ideas without losing momentum or getting slowed down.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It has a lower daily free-trial limit compared to other LLM models available today.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me rephrase my communication emails into a more professional tone, which really helps me maintain professionalism in my work.

Apart from that, it also acts as a problem-solving assistant and gives solutions to my doubts very quickly and accurately.

 ### 33. Developer-Friendly with Seamless Sync

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hitesh J. | Director, Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like the seamless syncing ability between my desktop and mobile versions of ChatGPT. It's smooth whether I'm starting a chat on my phone and continuing on my laptop, which makes the experience really nice. I also appreciate how developer-friendly ChatGPT is, with tools like the playground and API keys that are easy to use and plug and play. These features allow me to tinker with different models and parameters without incurring high costs, helping me to experiment and compare models in real time.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the app gets stuck when it's in the middle of some work, and I have to force restart the mobile application, specifically with the Android mobile application. Also, it doesn't support real-time voice in a temporary chat mode. It asks me to move from temporary chat to another mode, which is a missing feature.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for research, brainstorming, content writing, rephrasing, and better email writing.

 ### 34. Crisp, Concise Answers That Save Me Time Every Day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how much it has helped me improve my productivity. I’ve been using the Plus subscription for almost a year now, and it has genuinely made a big difference in my day-to-day work. It takes care of a lot of repetitive and time-consuming tasks, which allows me to focus on more important things.

I especially find it useful for streamlining processes and automating documentation, whether it’s creating technical documents, BRDs, or FRDs for the team. Overall, it saves me a lot of time and gives value for money.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that when a conversation gets really long in the same thread, the response time can slow down a bit, and it takes a few extra seconds to process. Also, sometimes it can get stuck giving slightly vague or repetitive answers, and in those cases, I usually have to start a new chat to get clearer and more accurate responses.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is helping solve the problem of time-consuming and repetitive work, especially when it comes to documentation and idea structuring. Earlier, tasks like writing technical documents, BRDs, FRDs, or even framing emails and content used to take a lot of time and effort. It also assists me with my technical development-related work as well.

 ### 36. Fast, Helpful for Planning and Citations—but Struggles with Depth and Precise Directions

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It helps me come up with very high-level plans and ideas that helps expand my creative process.

The AI intelligence does a decent job with remembering my different roles in which I use it for.

It helps me cite things properly, whether that be in APA 7 style, or other citations.

It processes questions and prompts very quickly.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT cannot think deeply about any topic. It has a significantly difficult time following precise directions and will just go off on its own tangent 90% of the time.

I don't like that it never challenges me to think differently. It's a yes-man through and through.

I do not feel I am getting my money's worth from the Plus subscription, as it fails to process my directions significantly.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT has helped significantly when it's integrated into other software I use, such as Siri. It helps me prep for simple topics with the voiceover.

I have significanlty enjoyed ChatGPT helping me find references and fast-track research.

 ### 37. Streamlined MacOS Integration and Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ernesto M. | IT Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love the MacOS device integration with my MacBook Pro, it feels like ChatGPT is something embedded on it. The integration with MacOS devices is really easy, making it very user-friendly. Using Codex with the pro and plus versions for programming is really excellent, which saves me a lot of time on researching and provides a lot of automation. The initial setup was very easy, and I had an easy transition due to the MacOS compatibility.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I'm using the same account on my phone and computer, and sometimes it does not seem to learn about what I'm talking about on the other device.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT saves me a lot of time on researching and provides a lot of automation.

 ### 38. Time-Saving Code Efficiency with Minor Organizational Suggestions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teague R. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how ChatGPT helps me enter through our deals quickly. It allows me to create code faster, reducing tasks that would take me maybe days to just a few minutes. I also appreciate how it enables me to spot inefficiencies and refactor things in my code, making me more efficient overall.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think they should have the option of allowing you to pin chats to projects, and I think they should have the option to have folders within projects. Because sometimes there are things that are related to each other but they don't necessarily need a separate project. Or maybe a project chat has things in it that are uber important. You kinda need to be able to find quicker. But if you're a high volume user, once that project gets long, some of the important stuff can kinda get lost in the sauce.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to iterate code faster, brainstorm ideas, and spot inefficiencies, making me more efficient. It takes tasks that might take days and reduces them to minutes.

 ### 39. Essential Personal Assistant, But Challenges in Diverse Opinions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George A. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I think ChatGPT is very economic for its price, giving me more value than I pay for. I like that it gets better every time I use it. It keeps my history and seems to understand me better, offering responses that are more tailored to my character and past interactions. Additionally, I appreciate that I can use the API to include it with my software, which enhances my daily work as we integrate it into many of our programs.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

First of all, it always tells you what you want to hear and it's very difficult to make it disagree with you, which is needed many times because you might be wrong. Sometimes it's slow in the answers, and some other times it cannot browse the internet perfectly. So it doesn't have some information sometimes that you ask for.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT reduces time on everyday tasks and helps me learn new things, enhancing productivity. It acts like an online Wikipedia for any task.

 ### 40. Essential Tool for Coding and System Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit K. | Software Engineer III, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for coding and system designing. The premium version is really good. Codex CLI makes it really easy when I'm creating features and need help to look through my code. It helps a lot with reviewing the code, running some tools, and integrating with MCP servers. The setup was really great, quick, and didn't have any issues. It plugs in really well with different tools like Winzo. I would rate ChatGPT as a 10 and highly recommend it for doing day-to-day tasks. It's really great for deciding and doing repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Yeah. So one thing obviously is the token usage is quite high. I would say, like, it's using too much tokens. On a daily basis. Even for a small task, I see it's using so much of token. So maybe, what it can do, it can cache some, like, action, like, repeatable actions which we do on day to day daily basis. It can cache those actions. It can do it. So some part of, that the product should be is in the system. So that, we can use it.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for coding and system design, making feature creation easier. It reviews code and integrates with tools, enhancing efficiency.

 ### 41. Versatile, Efficient, and Essential for Daily Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT at work for sending emails and creating newsletters because it helps me sound more professional when I can't find the right words. I appreciate using it as a sounding board for problem-solving, and it's also an excellent fact-checker. It helps me stay focused and organized when working on complex tasks, like during a review where I needed to organize responses. I like that there's a hands-free feature that allows me to talk to ChatGPT, which is convenient when multitasking and helps me work more efficiently. I also use it for tasks like basic photo editing and tailoring responses to specific situations, like prompting it to act as a family counselor to think through family-related topics. Its flexibility and adaptability to a variety of needs are impressive.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One area that didn't work as well for me was trying to create a graduation invitation design. The visual result wasn't quite what I was looking for. Improving the design capabilities or customization options would make it even more useful.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for sending emails, creating newsletters, and fact-checking. It helps me sound professional and stay focused on complex tasks. It organizes responses, analyzes spreadsheets, and aids in problem-solving, enhancing clarity and efficiency.

**Reviewed by:** Oleg K. | Senior Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Multiple models, image generation, great for working with texts and infographics

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it can hallucinate. It can go in circles trying to accomplish a task. Fact checking is always required, as it can make serious mistakes. Tends to be not objective

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great starting point for ideating. Great tool to refine text or to make it shorter or more appropriate for a certain subject. Great for creating schemas and infographics. Great for using as a companion for a dialogue about an idea.

 ### 43. Accurate and Reliable, But Needs Improvement in Coding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carmelino C. | Inbound Customer Support Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to ask questions about general subjects. Also to solve doubts, find new knowledge and insights, which help me be more confident in my daily personal and professional tasks. Compared to other chatbots, ChatGPT seems to be more accurate, reliable, and solid. I believe that being accurate is perhaps the most important thing for a chatbot because we use them to look for information we don’t know. Reliability is the second most important aspect, as it confirms what accuracy delivers. The solidity of ChatGPT is also crucial because it's important to have consistent information.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT isn’t yet so good for coding or mathematics. That makes me look for other available ChatBots. I think it could be more broad on what it can do with excellence.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves doubts, delivers knowledge and insights, and helps me be more confident in my daily personal or professional tasks.

 ### 44. Great Daily Experience with ChatGPT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan S. | Security Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Overall, it’s great. It does everything properly and quickly. The interaction is straightforward: you give it a prompt and then wait for the response. It’s decent for coding, and it’s also good for understanding new concepts or summarizing articles and blogs. Better than gemini for sure.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It’s slightly on the costly side, though not by much compared to the alternatives. Other than that, I haven’t run into any issues with ChatGPT in my day-to-day use. Sometimes it acts up with coding or make the code unnecessarily complicated but still manages to save time.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly I use it for summarizing the articles and blogs, and some coding on the side. It is quite good at both and saves a lot of time. I do not use the APIs (yet) for integration with tools, but I soon will.

 ### 45. Versatile Assistant for IT and Language Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josué F. | IT Monitoring Specialist @ KLx

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like the function where you can ask ChatGPT to act as a specific person, like an IT technician. It helps me by giving step-by-step guidance to solve technical issues, which is very helpful. Also, ChatGPT helps me by acting like a teacher to give me tips on improving my French pronunciation and broadening my general knowledge of the language. I appreciate the ease of setup, as getting started with ChatGPT was simple, just a matter of installing the app, logging in, creating an account, and beginning to use it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It could be improved the way it gives answers, especially sometimes it doesn't give the right answer. You are not a specialist in the area, you could, blindly believe what the AI is telling you what ChatGPT is telling. And at the end, it would be either a wrong answer or one that's not so correct or not so accurate. So maybe it needs more improvement on this.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to pinpoint IT issues and get root cause analysis, which is invaluable when I can't remember solutions. It also acts as a language teacher, helping me improve my French pronunciation and knowledge.

 ### 46. Smart, User-Friendly Collaboration Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amer H. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT to be a smart and intuitive collaboration partner. I use it for various tasks like work, research, organizing thoughts, ideating, conceptualization, cleaning up language in emails, bouncing ideas, and even translation. I appreciate the very smart responses and helpful insights it provides, all within a user-friendly interface. The free tier is also very useful for most of my tasks. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Free tier limits could be increased. There needs to be a visual editor for streamlining output because after a while the chat becomes too long and it's hard to organize. Also, sometimes the chat changes and contradicts things it says itself which makes things confusing.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT as a smart and intuitive collaboration partner for work, research, ideating, and organizing thoughts, offering helpful insights and a user-friendly interface, even at the free tier.

 ### 47. Life-Saving Guidance and Personalized Interaction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janie M.

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT has an understanding of my personality and uses phrasing that resonates with me. It offers objectivity that I might lack and presents ideas that haven't occurred to me or my husband, expanding my ability to navigate uncomfortable territory. I appreciate that the AI understands my communication style and connects with me, even if it's just AI. Setting up ChatGPT was extremely easy, and I feel confident in recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

When I'm trying to dig deep into a problem, sometimes ChatGPT won't be willing to continue with the topic. THAT is frustrating. If the AI comes across a block, communicating the reason for the block is far better than simply implementing it and refusing to progress.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to improve my income stream, create recipes, evaluate job fits, and make health inquiries. It provided life-saving guidance for my husband and offers objective ideas, expanding my ability to navigate challenges.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It hallucinates often. Sometimes it’s really difficult to help it understand the context.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m a communications professional, and this helps me with almost all of my ideation and planning. It also serves as a second pair of eyes, helping me make sure my work is error-free.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to write code and it gives me full code when I provide a prompt for adding features to a website. Its multiversity is great, offering step-by-step guidance when I'm confused, and helping me learn about things I'm completely ignorant of. I also use it for paraphrasing and grammar correction with Google Docs. It's very easy to use, and the features for asking questions are very good.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Its complex mathematical problem solving skill is still a bit lacking and its analysis for advanced circuital problem can be improved further. If image generation could be a bit faster that would be great and if very realistic video generation features can be brought that would really add beauty in it.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to write code and get suggestions. It gives me the full code for features I want to add. Its multiversity helps when I'm confused or ignorant, providing step-by-step guidance. I also use it for paraphrasing and grammar correction.
