**What do you like best about CHATBOT?**

Fast solutions using the chatbot with service desk and easy configuration  and  natural language is used dring the chat between the chatbot and the user and easy for the users

**What do you dislike about CHATBOT?**

Quick and easy to get help using the CHATBOT  did not found anything that I disliked so far , It would be great if it could identify the users history and ask if they are approaching for the same issue

**What problems is CHATBOT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This bot is available 24/7, unlike any helpdesk where we have to wait in a queue to get help to resolve their issues faster. You can modify the chatbot appearance for the best display.
