What do you like best about Chargebee?

I find the overview in Chargebee quite good. I like how easy it is to create new products and so on. The initial setup of Chargebee was actually quite simple and the app is super fast. Additionally, the pricing is very competitive. Support is always quickly reachable and sometimes you get direct contact with engineers. The new AI tools are also very useful. What do you dislike about Chargebee?

On the one hand, I find that the Salesforce Cloud Integration is not working and that the feature is also not functioning perfectly. Additionally, since we are in the German market, the integration of SEPA mandates from the admin side is not well regulated. This means that the patient or the practice or our customer can create it, but we cannot. However, we receive them signed on paper, and that is, of course, not good. What do you like best about Chargebee?

Subscription management and updates work exactly as we expected. The UX is really great, and Chargebee’s copilot is especially helpful for day-to-day tasks. We’re also able to use Chargebee’s integration with HubSpot, which fits well into our workflow. What do you dislike about Chargebee?

Reporting isn’t what I expected. Also, a few items that were introduced—such as RAMP, along with some invoice- and email-related features—aren’t provided with full context, which makes them harder to understand and use. We tried the Vitally integration, but it still isn’t fully usable because of limitations on Chargebee’s end. What do you like best about Chargebee?

I like that Chargebee offers a relatively affordable billing solution, which helps us keep our budget under control. Their support agents are responsive, so it’s easier to get help when we need it. I also appreciate the level of integration and partnership Chargebee provides, allowing seamless connectivity with Stripe and our own platform. On top of that, Chargebee is easy to access and navigate, which simplifies our workflow for managing customer subscriptions, invoicing, and payment gateway tasks. What do you like best about Chargebee?

I like being able to manage billing for my customers in one place. When they need an invoice, I can send it over quickly. I also like that it integrates with Hubspot, even though the integration feels a bit clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargebee?

The integration between Hubspot and Chargebee is unpredictable. Sometimes it works really fast and sometimes it is painfully slow. The issue is that it's hard to know why it's slow and fast. The communication just isn't transparent in these cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chargebee?

What do you dislike about Chargebee?

While support team is helpful, but we sometimes feel limited by the lack of customization options. The user experience also isn’t as intuitive as it could be, especially when working on reporting, and it would be helpful to have more guidance there. I love that Chargebee takes the headache out of subscription management and recurring billing by automating a highly complex and critical part of our business, reducing manual errors and saving a tremendous amount of administrative work. What stands out the most is how user-friendly and intuitive it is, especially considering the sheer depth of the platform. The interface is clean and straightforward, yet there seems to be a customization option for absolutely every need imaginable. What do you like best about Chargebee?

What I like best about Chargebee is it make subscription billing very easy and automated. We can manage invoices, recurring billing and payments without much manual work.

What I dislike about Chargebee is sometime it feel little complex in starting, specially for new users. Setup process take time and need proper understanding.

What do you like best about Chargebee?

I like the ease of changing customers' plans, setting up new ones, and creating notifications for various payment reminders with Chargebee. It's very good at handling subscription cancellations and managing part or full refunds, whether those are paid out or kept as a credit. Chargebee is very user-friendly and time-efficient. What do you dislike about Chargebee?

The one suggestion that springs to mind is when we put a subscription on pause, whether it's manual or set to a date, it doesn't auto adjust the time remaining on their account. We have to manually adjust it. So if they pause for four weeks and then start it up again, that four weeks is still lost. What do you like best about Chargebee?

It's an all-in-one subscription and billing management platform that has all the features a SaaS company needs to grow. We need apps for a lot of pricing models: usage-based, feature-based, seat-based, etc. Once it's set up, it's very easy to use, including for non-technical people.
