The administrative panel is easy to understand. As I went through the implementation, it felt like they've thought of everything. **What do you dislike about Chargebee?** Right now, a user can only have a single trial and subscription. This would be a bigger problem for me, but the Chargebee team tells me they are working on this limitation and by the time I'll have users with multiple subscriptions this will likely be resolved. I wish it had a direct integration with Auth0. **Recommendations to others considering Chargebee:** Check out the json metadata fields. They make customizing the application really easy. **What problems is Chargebee solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an end-to-end e-commerce capability to launch our SaaS platform. Once you integrate it completely you don't have to care about anything (schedulers, emails etc.) all those are handled by Chargebee itself. **What do you dislike about Chargebee?** Some of the features are quite confusing, you would need the help of a guy with knowledge in financing to help you understand and integrate them. Also having so many features increases the confusion in choosing the right one for you. They have a pricing model based on the number of invoices and revenue generated but sometimes users need to use only a specific set of features so maybe they should have a custom plan for that. **What problems is Chargebee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chargebee handles all our subscriptions, from the point of the user subscribing to the point when he leaves all things are maintained by it, all the steps that come in between like updating subscriptions, notifying users etc are done by Chargebee itself and we are notified with the help of webhooks. ### 27. The UI is exceptional and wouldn't change it for anything else. **What do you dislike about Chargebee?** When adding a free trial, we had to send everyone a $0.00 invoice, which got many emails back asking what it was for.
