**What do you like best about Chargebase?**

I like it because it syncs seamlessly with our payment provider, so there’s no need for constant manual updates. The automation rules are super flexible, and being able to set up custom workflows has really streamlined the way we handle chargebacks.

**What do you dislike about Chargebase?**

One thing I’d point out is that the initial setup can take a bit of time to get the rules and workflows just right for your specific needs. But once that’s done, it’s pretty much set and forget. Not really a dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind when you first start.

**What problems is Chargebase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Chargebase, our team was constantly dealing with chargeback disputes that took up too much time and caused unnecessary stress. Now, we get alerts early enough to act fast, sometimes we’re able to refund the customer before they even think about disputing the charge. It’s saved us tons of time, and most importantly, helped us avoid the long-term financial hits that chargebacks can cause. Plus, the automated syncing means less manual work, and we’re seeing fewer chargebacks and more positive relationships with payment processors. It's been a game changer for our financial operations.

**What do you like best about Chargebase?**

Honestly, what I love most is how hands-off it is. Once you link it to Stripe or PayPal, it just works. I don’t have to chase disputes across emails or spreadsheets anymore, the real-time alerts give me just the info I need to stop chargebacks before they even happen. Plus, the pay-per-alert pricing feels fair; I only pay when it actually helps me. And the team is super into helping during the implementation process.

**What do you dislike about Chargebase?**

Not a huge deal, but it took a bit of tinkering to get it perfect for our workflow. Other than that, it’s been smooth sailing.

**What problems is Chargebase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chargebase catches risky transactions early and gives us a chance to resolve them before they turn into disputes. That’s meant fewer chargebacks, faster refunds when needed, and cleaner financial records. Over time, it’s actually improved our relationship with partners and our credibility with payment processors. Basically, it turned a stressful, manual process into something automated and predictable—and that’s been huge for the business. I love it!
