The automation rules are super flexible, and being able to set up custom workflows has really streamlined the way we handle chargebacks. **What do you dislike about Chargebase?** One thing I’d point out is that the initial setup can take a bit of time to get the rules and workflows just right for your specific needs. But once that’s done, it’s pretty much set and forget. Not really a dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind when you first start. **What problems is Chargebase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Chargebase, our team was constantly dealing with chargeback disputes that took up too much time and caused unnecessary stress. Now, we get alerts early enough to act fast, sometimes we’re able to refund the customer before they even think about disputing the charge.
