What do you like best about ChannelMAX?

Getting a hang for the interface is pretty easy, it just takes a little time, then you can do the same things any other repricer can do. Their customer support is great as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChannelMAX?

there can be too many options at times that can make it difficult. You just need to understand fully how amazon works and the website then you get a hang of using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChannelMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We joined Channelmax as they offer a much more flexible and ambitious integration with Amazon Services (Using both MWS and AWS / SQS integration). The integration process is much more in depth but allows a greater control over prices on our listings. We have since grown from strength to strength with the Channelmax team. The support is fast and responsive, the guys know their stuff and with Paul on hand to deal with complex issues, unique approaches and open to general discussion regarding growth; you’d be silly not to consider this company. Let alone the fact they are one of the cheapest / highest functioning repricers on the market. Brilliant company, highly recommend.

What do you like best about ChannelMAX?

ChannelMAX is a good repricing software for an Amazon seller account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChannelMAX?

The user interface doesn't appear updated. The layout is similar to a Microsoft windows interface, but the icons don't appear intuitive. Also, not having live help can be frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ChannelMAX:

ChannelMAX has a very basic design, so don't expect an eye-catching UI. As a repricing software for selling on Amazon, it works. Unfortunately there appears to be a native repricing method in Amazon now. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but it certainly seems more attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChannelMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem was finding a way to reprice merchandise on the Amazon marketplace. With the repricing function that ChannelMAX provided, we were able to adjust our prices according to consumer demand.
