The scalability of the solution is problematic, impacting our ability to efficiently expand and manage growth. Their AI game is behind other solutions and when integrating with internal system or other vendors we have received multiple negative feedback on the documentation and maturity. Dashboard and reporting customization is limited, despite real-time refresh capabilities. The integration with Tableau is beneficial but does not fully compensate for the basic built-in reporting functionality. **What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dashboards and reporting - we have shared a product roadmap addressing our needs for reporting. It will allow us to take more informed decisions. It's incredibly helpful that multiple teams at the business can integrate into the Certa workflow so that AP, Compliance and Sourcing can work together to complete onboarding. Certa's in built validation of banking and tax information makes it a one stop shop for onbaording and vetting and centralizes our processes. Understanding when this is happening, defining the meaning for each team and changing terms or accepting the customer terms as true and adjusting Certa terms (in the conversation) has been difficult. I don't have print out documents since it is all on-line. When a colleague ask for status of the credit application, I can easily view where we are at in the process. Everything is at your finger tips. I have don't to go on search to find it. ### 33. Very simple. The client has to do most of the work and you can track the progress along the way **What do you dislike about Certa?** I am unable to follow up with the client or remind them to enter information through the portal **Recommendations to others considering Certa:** If you are trying to find a way to streamline the vendor onboarding process, Certa has made this much easier for our organization. **What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the difficultly in tracking clients/vendor tax/business information/etc. and having to share multiple sets of data across organizations. This has streamlined the process for our Compliance, Accounts Payable, and Strategic Sourcing teams.
