**What do you like best about Certa?**

Bugs and issues on dashboards have been fixed, but it is still very basic without generating insights. You can export your information to other systems.

**What do you dislike about Certa?**

Infrastructure limitations have become increasingly evident. The scalability of the solution is problematic, impacting our ability to efficiently expand and manage growth.

Their AI game is behind other solutions and when integrating with internal system or other vendors we have received multiple negative feedback on the documentation and maturity.

Dashboard and reporting customization is limited, despite real-time refresh capabilities. The integration with Tableau is beneficial but does not fully compensate for the basic built-in reporting functionality.

**What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboards and reporting - we have shared a product roadmap addressing our needs for reporting. It will allow us to take more informed decisions.
Single-threaded development - they enable the creation of copies of the main application instance so we can have multiple projects being developed at a single time.
Agile methodology - working with user stories, acceptance criteria, sprints, retro, etc, allows us to assure the product is aligned to the user-spectation and to deliver value sooner, rather than having to wait until the end

**What do you like best about Certa?**

Certa allow us to set criteria to make decisions or take actions based on created rule. i have integrate data source to validate compliance it's working well, during implementation, we have face issue on integration part immediate we log call to customer support & received support as expected.

i feel complex during integrate with our existing systems, it is hard to do & consume time a lot. to improve user experience, i need to provide regular training to user on finding workflow or interface.

in my previous company we are widely use certa, in my role, we have thousands of supplier and our company need to do some due diligence in supplier to prevent fraud, money laundering, also to Serve immediate requirements supplier name and his performance identification is so hard if we do manually, so  we have adopted Certa, it solved our all issue we have set some check balances & workflow and set automate KYC process for suppliers, using this suplier get automated screened to compliance list and our team place Purchase order to them, and will get material on time.

**What do you like best about Certa?**

The team is incredibly dedicated and focused on meeting the project's objectives, both in terms of substantive delivery and hitting milestones according to set timelines. Their communication is clear and consistent, and they both communicate regularly with the company's implementation team and prepare weekly / monthly updates for leadership so that all key stakeholders know the implementation status.

**What do you dislike about Certa?**

There is much more work involved to implement Certa than our team understood before the engagement began. I think the Certa team would benefit by more clearly / proactively communicating the time commitment and need for a project manager before the contract begins / during the contract negotiation phase, when those resources can be allocated.

**What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to house all of our legal/compliance supplier risk and due diligence under one roof.

Certa is an excellent third party management tool with end to end visibility and features customized modules on compliance management. It also helps in integrating ESG Reporting and RIsk management across various industries and ensure the customer satisfaction is prioritized by keeping the regulatory standards that needs to be met. by third parties, ensuring brand reputation and public image for the products.

**What do you dislike about Certa?**

The process and work flow configurations are quite time consuming and can be improvised for a seamless user experience. Also the UI enhancements can be better and must be done in a regular manner from the upcoming release versions for better usability and consider the continuous feedback on the processes that are managed.

**What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certa is really helping a lot in third party and supplier risk management while seamlessly onboarding new vendors and accelerators for procurement and solution implementation activities. It also helps in ensuring compliance standards are met by third party thereby ensuring processes are reliable and standardized as per the requirements.

I like the interface of the application and the varity of available options present in its library and its feature of creating our own module and save it as a template. The best thing about certa is its diversity,as  it enables user to deploy third party solutions swifter.

The Certa team is amazing, they respond quickly to any issues that may occur. As it is a system we use everyday, its a ciritical component in our supplier onboarding and a supplier we 100% trust in. Our support person, Brandi, is super helpful and always willing to listen to suggestions we may have to improve our process and guide us towards implementation.

I really wish the reporting capabilities were more robust.

Certa is an incredibly customisable platform that allows us to create custom workflows and tailor the supplier onboarding experience in an incredibly useful way. The level of customisation is unparalled in comparison to other onboarding and vetting tools I have used in the past. This has allowed our team to complete multiple high stakes projects that has streamlined and perfected our supplier onbaording process.

I would love some more training materials or online resocurces that would help myself and my team self serve or utilise some of Certa's features that I may not be aware of

**What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certa allows us to efficiently screen and onboard our suppliers easily. It's incredibly helpful that multiple teams at the business can integrate into the Certa workflow so that AP, Compliance and Sourcing can work together to complete onboarding. Certa's in built validation of banking and tax information makes it a one stop shop for onbaording and vetting and centralizes our processes. The support and level of expertise provided by Certa's support team and our customer relationship manager Brandi is second to none.

We can discuss open items and come to an understanding and solution that works best.
Certa knows their product and offers great reccommendations to complicated multiple requirements
Certa is very accomodating to the customer.
Certa is organized and i love that they are Agile.

**What do you dislike about Certa?**

Sometimes we have different words for the same thing. Working through those items can be frustrating. Understanding when this is happening,  defining the meaning for each team and changing terms or accepting the customer terms as true and adjusting Certa terms (in the conversation)  has been difficult. Not just on Certa side but Customer side as well.
Sometimes Certa "recommendations" come accross as "solutions" or "defining the requirements" rather than suggested best way to handle the situation and meeting customer requirements.

Up to know, without having completed the implementation process, I can say they are extremly efficient. Implementation team have done several efforts to adapt Certa to our needs, providing relevant advice as well.

- Timely response with Certa's support team for reported issues
- Ongoing collaboration with Certa's customer support team for enhancements and related requests
- The ability to truly and deeply customize a workflow as originally designed
- Embedded screening and adjudication of third parties with automated approvals where appropriate
- Easy integrations with other Financial and Legal systems

- Lack of self-service capabilities to create new workflows, edit fields, edit email templates etc.
- Missing Self-administration of users  (change user roles, assign user roles, change permissions associated with user roles)

- Supplier onboarding and due diligence, Accounts payable review, ad hoc screening for suppliers and other business partners. 
- Benefits include a consistent and reliable supplier onboarding process with controls to prevent suppliers from being paid before onboarding; Effective integration with screening provider to understand key risks from suppliers; ability to auto risk rank suppliers; ability to work seamlessly between procurement, compliance, and accounts payable teams; ability to report on supplier data.

It will be good if the product has more plug-and-play modules which can reduce the implementation time.
For example, there is a standard validation for each of the tax ID types, which should be modularized so that it can be used across different customers

Certa is helping us streamline the vendor onboarding process.
Once it is fully operational for all the countries, we expect the time taken to gather the information from suppliers and create a vendor record in our ERP should reduce drastically.

The technology platform is really good and was built with procurement operations in mind. Flexible workflow and ability to configure/customize base implementation.

Permissions are assigned via groups which makes it a bit harder to manage assignments and notifications for individuals, but from what we've heard, the company is working on addressing this.

As a procurement team, we were able to take the operations of our procurement and risk management teams to the next level, providing better visibility and tracking.

Product customization takes too long. Need the ability to allow User control. ADmin and Super ADmin functionality is lacking. The addition of reporting and dashboards would be a great plus.

**Recommendations to others considering Certa:**

Ensure that you have all of the requirements that you need aligning to and have SOW's in place with Metrics for success.  Also, have Certa create SLAs on work.

**What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, customized utilization of workflows, allowing for customers to be able to choose what is required by their users.

Great support from Certa, easy to navigate within Certa site to "get the job done", and for data analysts - data is easy to extract from Certa directly.

Vetting third party vendors - able to determine risk level with threshold questions set etc.

There is nothing that I dislike about it.

It cuts down our paper usage.  I don't have print out documents since it is all on-line.  When a colleague ask for status of the credit application, I can easily view where we are at in the process.  Everything is at your finger tips.  I have don't to go on search to find it.

We use this software for supplier onboarding and due diligence. This has streamlined the process for our Compliance, Accounts Payable, and Strategic Sourcing teams. It has allowed us to collect key information and properly identify risks with third party relationships.

At this juncture, not much about the tool.

**What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are using the tool for Supplier onboarding, hopeful to expand our uses in the next year. Reduced cycle time, better customer experience and clear audit trail are the biggest benefits.
