The scalability of the solution is problematic, impacting our ability to efficiently expand and manage growth. Their AI game is behind other solutions and when integrating with internal system or other vendors we have received multiple negative feedback on the documentation and maturity. Dashboard and reporting customization is limited, despite real-time refresh capabilities.
