While using it in command line is perfect, their graphical interface leaves much to be desired. It needs a complete overall and more simplicity to find things. One of the biggest flaw is definitely the delayed updates and less forums for discussion. I have faced several problems installing vivid applications that use wine support of windows, have definitely faced lots of struggle there. Another flaw would be the interface, it's always the same.
