**What do you like best about Centific?**

I like the wide variety of projects they offer, especially in the AI field. It allows me to work on different types of tasks, which keeps the work interesting and helps me continuously develop new skills. The flexibility and exposure to diverse AI-related projects make it a valuable experience overall.

**What do you dislike about Centific?**

I don’t particularly like the way communication is organized. At times it can be quite slow, and there have been situations where responses or updates were delayed or unclear, which can make the workflow less efficient.

**What problems is Centific solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in real-world situations by providing high-quality data, human evaluation, and scalable training processes.

For me, this is beneficial because it gives the opportunity to contribute to the development of real AI products, while working on meaningful tasks like evaluation and data annotation. It also allows me to improve my skills and gain experience in a fast-growing and relevant field.
