"Clear Project Visibility and Efficient Task Tracking with Celoxis"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I like most about Celoxis is its project management and task-tracking capabilities. It gives me a clear view of project progress, deadlines, and team responsibilities, which helps keep everyone aligned. The centralized dashboards and reporting tools also make it easier to monitor work, stay on top of priorities, and manage tasks more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The main downside is that Celoxis can take a while to learn, especially when you’re setting up projects and workflows. Some of the more advanced features may need extra configuration, and the interface can feel a bit complex at first. A simpler overall user experience, along with easier customization, would make it much more convenient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The task tracking, project dashboards, and reporting features are the ones I find most useful because they help me quickly monitor progress, deadlines, and priorities. "Celoxis Keeps Projects Centralized and Teams Aligned"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

The most helpful aspect of Celoxis is its ability to centralize project information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Celoxis offers a lot of customization, but configuring dashboards and workflows to match specific business needs can take some time. A few routine actions also require more clicks than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been using Celoxis to manage projects and track tasks, and it has made it much easier for me to stay organized. Also Ai features are cool to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

It wasn’t very easy to use on my first try; it needs to be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible Platform That Scales with Your Projects"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What stands out most about Celoxis is how it brings project execution and business visibility into the same workspace. Instead of jumping between task managers, spreadsheets, and reporting tools, I can see workload, budgets, deadlines, and project health from a single perspective. The customizable dashboards are especially valuable because they let different stakeholders—from project managers to executives—look at the same data through completely different lenses without creating duplicate reports. It feels less like a task tracker and more like an operational control center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The platform is extremely feature-rich, which is a strength, but it also means there's a steeper learning curve for new users. Some advanced configuration options—especially around custom reports and workflows—take time to fully understand. I also think the interface could feel more modern in a few areas, making some frequently used features easier to discover without relying on documentation or training. "Celoxis Keeps Our Projects Organized and Reporting in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis has made project management much more organised for our team. I like that project details, timelines, and reports are all available in one place. It saves time and makes it easier to stay updated without relying on manual spreadsheets or frequent follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Celoxis offers a lot of features, which is great, but it can feel a little overwhelming when you're just getting started. It took some time to learn where everything was. A simpler onboarding experience and a few more guided tutorials would make it easier for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Brings Clear Visibility with Dashboards, Reporting, and Resource Planning"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

As a Business Analyst, Celoxis has made it much easier for me to systematically manage multiple projects, resources, and business requirements within a single platform. Features like real-time dashboards, detailed reporting, resource planning, and project tracking give me clear visibility into overall progress and day-to-day status. As a result, I can perform more accurate requirements analysis, support stronger coordination across departments, and rely on data-driven decision-making. In particular, the customizable reports and performance analysis tools have been especially useful for strategic planning and for communicating insights to stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

My only professional observation about Celoxis is that its premium features and advanced modules can feel relatively expensive for small organizations with limited budgets, especially in the early stages. That said, the transparency it provides, the improved resource utilization, the automated reporting, and the ability to make timely decisions more than justify the cost. As an organization grows and project complexity increases, the platform’s business value and return on investment become increasingly clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis: Feature-Rich Portfolio Management with Strong Planning and Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I like most about the Celoxis is Is that it feels like a serious feature rich portfolio management platform, rather than a basic task tool with strong planning, resource management and reporting that helps teams keep complex initiatives under control It supports structured workloads team collaboration and real time tracking while offering good value for money for medium to large organisations that need a single source of truthful projects and resources. Its performance is good enough for a user like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

It can be intimidating at first. The interface is dense. Setup takes effort and nontechnical or casual users may find it a bit harder to navigate compared to the lighter tools Pricing and licencing also required some planning for smaller teams. And while the system is powerful, it sometimes feels like more complexity than you need for simple projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One PM Powerhouse with Real Gantt Charts and Strong Value"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What stands out most is that it's genuinely all-in-one — proper Gantt charts, resource management, time tracking, expense tracking, and client portals in a single tool, instead of stitching together three subscriptions. The Gantt is the real deal: inter-project dependencies, critical path, baselines — things most "modern" PM tools quietly skip.

Resource workload view is a big win — you can actually see who's overloaded before committing to deadlines, not after. Custom reporting and dashboards are surprisingly deep for the price; you can slice project financials, margins, and utilization the way management actually asks for them.

Speaking of price — the value-for-money is hard to beat. You get near-enterprise functionality (think MS Project territory) at a mid-market price, with a one-time purchase option for on-premise if you want it.

And the client portal means clients see status without me building weekly update decks. That alone saves hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The interface is the main gripe — it's powerful but feels a generation behind. Dense screens, lots of clicks to get anywhere, and new team members need real onboarding time before they're comfortable. It's not a tool you just drop on people.

Mobile is weak. The app covers basics but anything serious sends you back to desktop.

No built-in chat or real collaboration layer — comments exist, but you'll still live in Slack or Teams alongside it, and the integrations there are thinner than I'd like. The integration ecosystem overall is limited compared to competitors; expect to lean on Zapier or the API for anything non-standard.

Setup takes effort. The flexibility means lots of configuration up front — custom fields, workflows, permissions — before it feels tailored. Small teams wanting something that works out of the box will find it heavy.

And a few odd gaps: no free plan at all, and things like recurring tasks and some agile features feel less polished than the classic waterfall/Gantt side. It's clearly built by and for traditional PM thinking — fine for me, but the agile experience is an afterthought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Streamlines Multi-Project Planning with Clear, At-a-Glance Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis offers a well-structured approach to project management from an IT perspective. It works well for planning tasks, managing resources, and tracking timelines all in one place. The dashboards provide a clear, at-a-glance view of project progress, which helps me make quick decisions. I also find it especially useful when I’m handling multiple projects at the same time.

As a software engineer, I appreciate how Celoxis brings everything related to project execution into one centralized platform. It helps our team manage sprint planning, task assignments, project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation without relying on multiple tools. The Gantt charts make task dependencies easy to understand, and the customizable dashboards give a real-time overview of progress. I also find the reporting features extremely valuable because they make it simple to share accurate updates with product managers and stakeholders. Having complete visibility into ongoing work has improved collaboration across developers, QA engineers, and project managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The interface can feel a bit complex at times, especially for new users, and it takes some time to fully understand all the features. I also think the customization options and integrations could be more flexible, so they better match specific workflow needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
