"Intuitive UI and Custom Dashboards That Streamline Tracking and Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I appreciate most about Celoxis is its intuitive UI/UX. The learning curve is surprisingly flat, which made onboarding incredibly smooth. The customizable dashboards and drag-and-drop Gantt charts have noticeably improved our workflow, saving me hours of manual tracking each week. An unexpected benefit has been how easily I can generate dynamic reports to keep everyone on the same page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

For smaller teams or lighter projects, the pricing can feel a bit steep, making the ROI harder to justify unless you are utilizing every single advanced enterprise feature it offers. Another pain point is that the mobile experience doesn't quite match the robust functionality of the desktop version, which can slow down quick, on-the-go status updates. Offering a more modular pricing structure and bringing the mobile app up to par would greatly enhance the overall value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"End-to-End Visibility for Product Execution and Dependencies"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I like about Celoxis is that it lets me see what’s happening around a product without having to constantly check different places for updates. In my work, a requirement can start with one conversation, then move through design, development, testing, and several other people before it’s actually delivered. I’ve found it really useful to have that work linked, so I can see where things are progressing and where they might need a push. I mainly use Celoxis for the tracking product related work prioritizing activities, following delivery timelines coordinating with teams monitoring dependencies and preparing updates for stakeholders. Celoxis is particularly helpful when several product initiatives are running at the same time.

My experience with Celoxis is mostly that it gives me a better view of the execution side of product work. It doesn’t replace product discussions, user feedback, or my own judgment; instead, it helps me understand what’s happening after a requirement has been agreed upon.

For me, the biggest benefit is being able to connect priorities with the work and delivery. That makes it easier to spot problems early and have more useful conversations with the teams involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

It took me a while to get comfortable with how much information Celoxis shows. It has features I rarely use, so in the beginning I was still sorting out what actually made sense for my workflow and what I could ignore.

What I find most useful is that Celoxis gives me a view of the work behind a product decision, rather than just a list of requirements. When something gets delayed, I can dig into the work and its dependencies and come away with a clearer understanding of what’s causing the delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful PM Tool That Keeps Everything on Track"
4/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

I like how Celoxis brings all of our project data into one place and makes it easy to understand where everything stands at a glance. The dashboards and reporting are genuinely useful—not just nice-looking charts—and they help us make faster, better decisions. The scheduling and workload features are a particular strength, giving us a clear view of who’s overloaded and what needs attention. It’s one of the few tools I’ve used where the UI, performance, and functionality feel well balanced, so it supports real-world project management without slowing us down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The biggest drawback is that some parts of the interface feel dated and require too many clicks to get simple tasks done. A few workflows aren’t as intuitive as they should be, which slows things down when you’re trying to move quickly. While the platform is powerful, the usability could benefit from a more modern, streamlined design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Keeps Complex ML Consulting Projects Organized and Client Reporting Professional"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Machine Learning consulting typically involves several workstreams running in parallel, including data preparation, model development, validation, stakeholder reviews, and deployment. Celoxis has been a big help in keeping all of these activities organized within a structured project environment. As a Machine Learning Consultant, I’ve found its dependency tracking, resource planning, and customizable dashboards especially useful. With these features, it’s easier to monitor deliverables and deadlines across different teams at the same time, and progress reporting for client-facing projects feels clearer and more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Celoxis offers extensive functionality, so its full feature set can initially feel like more than what’s needed for smaller consulting engagements. For smaller clients with tighter budgets, the cost of accessing advanced capabilities is also an important consideration before adopting it. However, when projects include multiple stakeholders, overlapping timelines, and substantial resource demands, the added visibility and ROI that come from centralized planning can justify the extra investment. "User-Friendly, Centralized Project Management with Great Dashboards and Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I like best about Celoxis is its **user-friendly interface and centralized project management capabilities**. It makes it easy to track projects, tasks, timelines, and team progress in one place. The dashboards and reporting features provide good visibility into project status and help teams stay organized. I also like that it is flexible enough to manage different project workflows without making the overall process complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

One area where Celoxis could improve is the **user interface customization and initial learning curve**. Some advanced features may take time for new users to understand, and certain configurations or reports could be more intuitive. Additionally, enhancing the speed and flexibility of customization options would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis: Enterprise-Grade Project Management with Powerful Reporting & Resource Control"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis stands out as an enterprise-grade project management powerhouse, offering a robust all-in-one solution for teams that have outgrown basic task managers. Its greatest strengths lie in its advanced resource management capabilities, which flawlessly track workload utilization, and its top-tier reporting engine that generates dynamic, real-time dashboards for excellent portfolio visibility. The platform also eliminates the need for separate accounting software by integrating comprehensive financial tracking—including budgets, expenses, and profit margins—directly into your project workflows. While the extensive feature set comes with a steeper learning curve and a dense user interface that might overwhelm smaller teams, Celoxis remains a highly scalable, flexible choice that beautifully adapts to complex business processes through its custom workflow apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The UI feels outdated and overwhelming for everyday team members.New users need extensive training just to navigate basic workflows.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Makes Resource Planning and Multi-Project Management Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

I find Celoxis most helpful because it makes it easier to plan resources and manage multiple projects in one place. It gives you a clear, real-time view of team workloads, project budgets, and schedules without needing to pay for additional features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

If there’s one thing I don’t really like about Celoxis, it’s that it can feel a bit complicated when you first start using it. There are a lot of features, so it takes some time to get used to where everything is. I think the interface could be a little simpler for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
