Having used the platform extensively, this reviewer appreciates the comprehensive vendor management capabilities, including onboarding and performance tracking. The onboarding and configuration process can be time-consuming and may overwhelm new users with its complexity.

the Customization for dashboards and reports could have been easy. it sometimes slows down when working with large data or multiple vendors. for first time users some features could have added. the occasional bugs after updates. using it in the mobile is very hard challenge it has Limited offline access internet access is needed for continuous work.
