**What do you like best about CDEx?**

CDex is an application for listening to audios in CD format and available for Microsoft Window. As I read in different media in 2010 was the most downloaded application of the year.

Love the auto-fetch of the CD titles via the internet, but there is others app on the market they provide this service.


**What do you dislike about CDEx?**

Good news!!! It is totally free. Very easy to implement, user-friendly and no extra software to install on my device. Also, It is very efficient and many of options with quality and size of the .mp3 files converted from .wav files. 
Available in different languages such as English, Spanish, German...

**Recommendations to others considering CDEx:**

It is free. You can try a trial and if you don't like you can always remove from your device. No contract and it is quite forward to understand and use.

**What problems is CDEx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I don't like the software is the voice of AVS. I tried many times to turn off without success.
I have some colleagues they request a trial and had some problems because it was not working properly. Not my case. I never experiment any problem.

What I missing it is the possibility to add albums and songs.
