What do you like best about cc:Monet?

Managing finances for our international events company used to be complex. ccMonet helps immensely by centralizing our workflows. It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to setup – even our event managers find submitting global expenses and varied invoices easy via the mobile app. The AI scanning is a lifesaver for diverse documents, and getting integrated was smoother than expected and we use it daily to keep track of the full picture. What do you dislike about cc:Monet?

Because we operate globally 24/7, the main challenges are support hours not always aligning with our needs across time zones. We also really wish for more built-in reporting specifically for event profitability analysis, which currently requires manual work after exporting data. What problems is cc:Monet solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best thing about ccMonet for us is how it brings all those complex international financial tasks together in one place. It's incredibly easy to use, tackles several critical problems we constantly faced - multi currency , different langauge , Ai autotranslation of invoice / PO langauge be it in thai, indonesia , or chinese, this saved us countless time of at least 15-20 hours per week. Another thing we like is unlike the existing financial report now, doing an events requires heavy planning and also keeping track of the budget to ensure profitability as it's real time dashboards help us to do exactly that. Lastly, would be the getting our other team members involved in submitting their expanses as claims as well as recieving recipts / invoice for minor stuff on the ground that we might have missed out during planning, with this we no longer need to go through endless emails and excel to key in everything and upload tons of recipt and save to specific folders, it's all in one place now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about cc:Monet?

Keeping track of payments to numerous local and overseas parts suppliers in MYR, managing customer receivables, and understanding our daily cash flow position was a constant struggle. Delays in processing supplier invoices sometimes led to missed early payment discounts.

cc: Monet's platform gave us instant visibility. We digitize all supplier invoices upon arrival, track payment due dates easily, and the dashboard provides a clear, real-time view of our cash flow in SGD.

The support staff was great, came down a few times to help us sort it out and even answer all the industry specific question we had and we are able to reach them anytime over whatsapp. When we first started we just had to import everything we had over from other accounting software , it took only 1 day to move things over. Our staff uses it everyday for recording invoices , issuing P.O and submitting their expanses claim.

We've improved our payment cycles to suppliers and have a much better grip on outstanding customer payments. The efficiency gain freed up my time to focus on optimizing inventory rather than chasing paperwork. Highly recommended for workshops wanting better financial control.
