Template format where you enter your event information. I am a fill-in-the-blank kind of person. Every field is labeled really clearly. It is nice to be able to look up past orders for repeat clients. The "event info" and the "client info" have separate tabs. Is just seems behind the times. While the template format might seem user friendly, it is also cluttered and there are a lot of field that you don't ending using. There needed to be updates run frequently but they were the maintenance updates not better function updates. It seemed to move slowing in between windows, and the search function is really confusing because the search bar initially appears blank right after hitting enter. The biggest beef we've had was that the software crashed and we couldn't get it back up for around two weeks! We naturally lost business/messed up on some events during that time because of it since all of our notes and orders where stored in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
