I am a fill-in-the-blank kind of person. Every field is labeled really clearly. It is nice to be able to look up past orders for repeat clients. The "event info" and the "client info" have separate tabs. Also I am a sucker for mint and the back ground color of the program is a happy mint color! **What do you dislike about CaterPro for Windows?** Is just seems behind the times. While the template format might seem user friendly, it is also cluttered and there are a lot of field that you don't ending using. There needed to be updates run frequently but they were the maintenance updates not better function updates. It seemed to move slowing in between windows, and the search function is really confusing because the search bar initially appears blank right after hitting enter. The biggest beef we've had was that the software crashed and we couldn't get it back up for around two weeks! We naturally lost business/messed up on some events during that time because of it since all of our notes and orders where stored in the platform. **What problems is CaterPro for Windows solving and how is that benefiting you?** Obviously any caterer in this culture needs a digital version of their orders. Not only to look more professional on their invoices and such but for more organized records. I think there are more user-friendly software but this would definitely be better than nothing! ### 2. It's user-friendly interface makes it easy to use, and its range of features make it the perfect choice for both small and large businesses. I highly recommend CaterPro. **What do you dislike about CaterPro for Windows?** At times processing speed is a slight issue, although overall CaterPro performs better than most competition. **What problems is CaterPro for Windows solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to better organize our table distribution in order to ensure that our staff members aren't unduly burdened because of a poorly constructed section. ### 4. It’s just very time consuming and there aren’t any short cuts that I’m aware of. **Recommendations to others considering CaterPro for Windows:** Make sure you get someone to train you on how to use the program because there are numerous steps involved to booking an event **What problems is CaterPro for Windows solving and how is that benefiting you?** This program gives us the benefit of not being able to double a room which it really nice.
