
I would like to inform you related to the freshdesk it help us to provide the resolution to the customer on email it gets really helpful to us it gives us all data related to the overall team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Actually I did not remember 2 or 3 weeks ago we are facing some issue on freshdesk that we are unable to open it whem we connect with you. They connect with one of our team leader on meet after that he have done something but after 15 to 20 minutes its gets resolved such are amazing work you all are doing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
