It saves a lot of time to hire a perfect candidate. It is a web-based applicant tracking system. It is an intelligent, Creative, and simple tool that helps to reduce time and work efficiently. **What do you dislike about CAT?** CAT is a tool that needs training to learn to handle it. UI of CAT is not easy to understand and needs training for a process. There is facing a problem while forwarding candidates' resumes. Sometimes email integration of the CAT tool fails to work correctly. The price is a little bit high, but it is worth it. **What problems is CAT solving and how is that benefiting you?** CAT is mainly used for recruitment, creating custom job applications, posting jobs, and finding perfectly profile-matched candidates. It also helps keep everything in one portal for candidates and clients. CAT helps to keep track of accounts, recruitment, and job orders. ### 3. I find it amazing the way it helps capture the analysis. **What do you dislike about CAT?** Right now, everything seems perfect to me where I have used this tool along, and I can't complain about anything based on my work purpose. It is helping me resolve my project. **What problems is CAT solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using the services of CAT mainly to resolve the Audit management, which I performed using other tools, but the way CAT helps in Asset management is truly unique.
